Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [They didnt agree to pay the shipping to return the itemI felt like I was being scamed by this companyThey asked me to send the product back and they would send me the correct product but I didnt feel o.kwith that because then im out of money and nothing to show for it and they get my money and the product to resale and make twice as much money one the one productIf they had agreed on what they told you then we wouldnt be in this situation I have already replaced the ones they send me with new ones from another source and had no problemsAnd she didnt lie to me and say they were hand made when the tag on them says made in ChinaI just want my money back and a prepaid box to send the product backThat, s all Im askingAnd I never made a threat towards any oneI have the right to freedom of speach and was using itI just dont feel its right for companirs to bully customers aroundAll Im trying to do it stop itIm not an erriat personI just hate being scammed Regards, [redacted]

The buyer asked us to send the replacement before we get the original merchandise back, which makes no sense We are not a scamAll the accusations made by this seller is falseShe has harassed our company and threatened to leave reviews on various websitesIf leaving reviews is the right to freedom of speech then you have to the right to do soWe will just let others be the judge on this issueThis is the orange flower ball she purchased:

Our return and exchange policy on our website clearly states that all sales are finalWe sent the correct items shown on our website and the customer's complaint is simply not trueWith that being said, it's only a $order so we made an exception in the beginning to offer exchange just
for this order.
However, the customer demanded for us to pay for the shipping, which we even offered the free shipping on the exchange She left a negative review on one of our wedding sites after we offer the possible solutions We contacted her again to try to solve this issue and kindly ask her to remove the negative feedback as it is misleadingThe customer took it as the sign of weakness and threaten to leave us with more negative feedback and report to Revdex.comSO we have decided to deny her request for exchanges and returns as this is our company policy The buyer wants us to refund the money to her first and wants us to pay for the return shipping on the order, which makes no senseHow can companies refund or exchange items when they do not have the merchandise backHer accusation is simply false.
We are a legit company and we have great reviewsThis is the first time that we received the complaint from this erratic customerWe are requesting the Revdex.com to look into this case and stop from this customer from harassing and threatening our business with misguided accusations.

[They didnt agree to pay the shipping to return the item. I felt like I was being scamed by this company. Review: I had ordered flowers for my wedding. I was told they are orange, even the website states orange. They came in and they were not orange they are pink with a little orange. I called and emailed the company. They told me it wasn't there fault at first. Then they said they would exchange them after I had wrote a review about them on a wedding website. but they wanted me to return the old one and pay full price and shipping for the new ones. I had told them I would only pay the difference in because the size would be different and cost more but I would not pay shipping or and return shipping cost. After reviewing there site I had noticed that they changed there policy stating they will not take return or exchanges. After all of this has happened. I was being nice and trying to work with them. I started feeling like I was being scammed and possibly going to be ripped off. I told them that I will make sure all my family and friends and wedding coordinator's and planners will know of it and suggest they tell there future brides not to use them and there associated companies. I just hope that I didn't get ripped off and can get something done.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get all the money I payed them, which is $25.77 and I will send back the product at there expense.

Our return and exchange policy on our website clearly states that all sales are final. We sent the correct items shown on our website and the customer's complaint is simply not true. With that being said, it's only a $25.77 order so we made an exception in the beginning to offer exchange just for this order.

However, the customer demanded for us to pay for the shipping, which we even offered the free shipping on the exchange. She left a negative false review on one of our wedding sites after we offer the possible solutions. We contacted her again to try to solve this issue and kindly ask her to remove the negative feedback as it is misleading. The customer took it as the sign of weakness and threaten to leave us with more negative feedback and report to Revdex.com. SO we have decided to deny her request for exchanges and returns as this is our company policy. How can companies refund or exchange items when they do not have the merchandise back. Her accusation is simply false.

We are a legit company and we have great reviews. This is the first time that we received the complaint from this erratic customer. We are requesting the Revdex.com to look into this case and stop from this customer from harassing and threatening our business with misguided false accusations.
