customer brought his Galaxy Sphone for replacement broken screeni replaced only digitizer (glass, not a glass and LCD) on his phoneThere are two way to replace screen on this type of phones:
One you separating only digitizer($155) , second you replacing all thing including Digitizer and LCD($255)mount warranty is for our suppliers parts and including only the parts which we installed(not the other parts of the phone) And we are usually taking care the functionality problems related to our partsI replaced his phones digitizer and putted my part on it (only glass)He came back another day and asked me to remove the air bubble between glass and LCD, but phone was working perfectlyWe usually do not doing this kind of services for free, because it is not related to the phones functionality, but I did a fever and removed this air bubble for him for free and explained him that it is usually because of your phone case or just try to be gentle with phone because otherwise when you pushing on your phone hard this bubbles can shows upHe appreciated my help and lefthe came back one more time on December when I was out of the State and asked my brother remove this air bubble one more timeHe removed the air bubble for him for free, but phone did not turned onMy brother tried to figurized the real reason of the problem but he did not found it 100%, because phone was looking perfectlyHe called me when I was driving and explained the problemI told my brother ask him to come back another day because I was too far from them or if he want to replace all Screen with LCD immediately we only can do this if he will pay 80$ (usually price for this service is $255)But he wont listen and started call police security.
he did not come back other day and I called him left a voicemail and sent the email with text: bring your phone to me and i'll take care of itbut he did not respond.I still dont know the real reason of that problem because I did not have a chance to diagnose it.
I'm still ready to take care of his phone and find a problem and resolve it if he wish..ThanksZin

Review: On October 2, 2015, Zin of "We Fix Smartphones" attempted to repair my cell phone. There was a crack in the upper-left of the screen, and he replaced the screen (and provided a 6 month warranty on it). Later that night, a bubble appeared underneath the screen.

I took it back for him to repair this on November 12th, he attempted to, but later that same day it returned.

Today, December 24th at approximately 2pm, I took it back again for repair. When I returned, the technician that was working on it, Vusal A[redacted] handed it back to me and showed me there was no bubble - he said it was fixed. However, it was no longer functional - the screen would not light up (though the bubble was gone). I saw this before leaving and he informed me that the LCD needed replaced and that it would cost more money. I suggested that he broke it and that he should fix it, he queried "Should I pay for it out of my pocket?" - at that point I asked him to call his manager (Zinn B[redacted]). They spoke and I was informed that it would cost me $80 to fix it, even though Vusal broke it. I asked to speak to Zinn, but he refused to speak to me.

I asked [redacted] security for assistance, they told me to file a complaint with mall management, and that I could call the police. When the police arrived, they suggested that I contact the Revdex.com and file a civil suit.

I just had to spend over $500 on a new phone, and since my screen on my old phone won't work, I've lost all of my contacts, all of my texts, all of the information from the phone that "We Fix Smartphones" broke.

They would not refund my money - all that was offered was to pay an additional $80 to fix it.Desired Settlement: At minimum, I want the $155 that was spent in October (see below) to be refunded - Ideally, I also want them to compensate me the $519.99 (plus taxes) that I had to spend on my new phone.

If this issue is not resolved, I want this to stay on their record.
