Review: On Friday May 31st, 2013 I ordered 6 items of furniture for a total of $1894 through the business website (http://www.contemporaryfurniturecenter.com/), after carefully reading their policies regarding delivery, refund, and cancellation. The delivery policy stated that the delivery will be scheduled within 48 hours, however when I called on Monday June 3rd, the owner told me that he needs an entire week before he can give me an exact delivery date, not only that but he responded to my request for information in a non professional manner that involved the use of vulgar language and calling me names. Since the cancellation policy advertised on the business websites states a full refund if the order was cancelled within 72 hours, I immediately informed him that i'd like to cancel my order and receive a full refund. He requested me to send him a cancellation email, and I sent him one right away and received a reply from him informing me that i'll receive my refund once the funds are processed. The funds were cleared in my bank and claimed by the business on Tuesday June the 5th, the next day I made several attempts to contact the seller via phone and email but to avail, my calls were transferred to an answer machine, and my email was never answered. It's clear to me that the owner is avoiding me, and is not serious about issuing my refund.
