On July 10, 2018, I called Roman Plumbing because an element on my hot water heater was bad I purchased the water heater on April 17, and it was still under warrantyThe plumber who installed the water heater was no longer in the area I called Bradford-White and they advised me that they would honor the warranty if a plumber would be will to do so I called Roman because it was a Bradford-White heater and they were listed as dealers for Bradford-White To make a long story short, Roman Plumbing stated they would replace both elements for $I told plumbers at my house that I only needed one element replace and since the water heater was only two years old, both elements did not need replacing The workers stated they had to call their bossThe workers called someone and told me that their boss said to replace one element the cost would be $ I refused I paid them $for their service call even though I had a coupon for a reduce rate I was told the coupon was good only if Roman Plumbing did the work I call another plumber on July 11, He honored the Bradford-White warrantyHis total charge was $ It took him approximately minutes to do the job I don't mind paying a fair price for work, but I believe Roman Plumbing was attempting to take advantage of me I was not going to write this review until Roman's Plumbing sent me advertisement with coupons

Sent an excellent, experienced gas line plumber the next day who found and repaired my gas leak
Quality workmanship and desire to get the job done right
Company and their onsite representative definitely set themselves apart
Roman Plumbing was hired to provide an estimate they never provided and have not given me a refund for the estimate
Roman Plumbing was contacted for an estimate to move some waterlines on a bathroom remodeling job that I am doing We made an appointment for March 17th when I could meet them at the house Instead a technician named Jim came out to my house on the 15th when I was not home My girlfriend showed them what we wanted done and he gave us a receipt for a $dollar estimate visit He wrote on Invoice #***, "Cust wants qoute on moving shower drain moving lav sink drain into wall, replacing shower valve." My girlfriend gave him check #*** and Jim said that we would receive an estimate by the next Monday The estimate never came Two and a half weeks later we called to let them know that we fully intended to hire their company when we asked for the estimate, but after all that time we decided to go with someone else The owner, Frank, apologized profusely He said
Roman Plumbing installed two toilets we purchased from LowesThey did a great jobThey were very neat and cleanNo problemsThe installer,William, was very friendly and answered all our questionsThis is our second experience with them and both have been very goodI highly recommend them
Roman Plumbing's William the Plumber did A+ outstanding, truly thorough, and highly professional multi-faceted plumbing jobs for me yesterday--I am happy indeed! William was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with--first he carefully evaluated my plumbing needs, and then prepared detailed written estimates and went over them with me, explaining them in non-technical English, and he patiently and pleasantly answered all of my questions--all of which I greatly appreciated--and then he did the plumbing jobs I authorized and he did them right! And when he was done the bill was exactly what he had quoted me--no tricks, no unpleasant surprises, everything honest and straightforwardHooray! Thank you William and thank you Roman Plumbing!
