its over a year that I am waiting for a delivery from Wearvybe Inc, but yet nothing

they do not answer email and they have remove my and a lot of people negative feedback from they facebook page. Whoops

Ordered this product9-14-14 and my credit card was billed the next day for $ 59.99! I sent an email to

[email protected] on 9-21-15 requesting a shipment date and as of yet 10-13-15 and have had no response! Google has this email in Arizona at a residence! Maybe the product is made overseas I don't know! Will be trying to get a refund!

Been waiting 1.5 years for the product still hasnt arrived , they keep on delaying there production,

Review: I ordered two Vybe Smart Bracelets on March 26, 2015 order # [redacted] (one black and one pink) totaling $109.99. I was told there would be a May 2015 shipping. On 5/4/2015, I was told shipment was delayed to August 2015, and they apologized for the delay. No specific date given. After explaining that I was upset I had not been notified, I was refunded $10 of my purchase price for the delay since I had ordered these as an anniversary gift for my husband and me. On August 11, 2015, I contacted the company again to ask for the new shipping date. I was ignored this time. I emailed again on August 20, 2015, and then I emailed again on 8/26/2015 asking when they would be arrived. I was again not acknowledged either time. I have used the email addresses [email protected] and [redacted]@wearvybe.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I paid for and that is still being advertised on their website or my money back. Honestly, I worry that if I do get the product, and it doesn't work that this is the kind of service I will get.

Review: I preordered the Vybe bracelet a year ago (Nov 20th) from a crowdfunding site. In the past year, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone remotely related to this product. They poorly maintain a blog that seems to provide "updates" about the product and a month ago reassured people that the product would indeed ship on December 12th. I cannot find anyway to contact the company besides an email address and the address I supplied for the company I found from a comment on a website. The address is a personal residence. The address listed in the registration of the website is out of AZ. This website should be shut down so no other people will order this fake product and all people affect need refunds. This is a great example of crowd-funding at its worst.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the purchase price plus the website and associated [redacted] page taken down so no one else will accidentally think this is a legitimate product.
