My neighbor had their roof done by this company early July 2013. When the company arrived I went outside to talk to them about my property which they would need to come onto to complete their job. I told them to feel free to enter my fenced in yard and do what they need to do to protect my property and complete their job. They informed me that they would be working on the other side of the roof for that day so they took no steps to protect my property from damage. Within an hour of starting the job someone had dropped a roofing tool into my pool and through my pool cover. The lead on the job is named [redacted] he had told me that he would return to compensate me for the damage. My wife stayed home and waited till 6:00 p.m. they have never returned to try to compensate me for the damage I have called and reported the failure of the lead and they just told me to call him again. My neighbor who paid for the work at this time is still waiting for the company to return and finish the gutters, they were also told the dumpster would be in their driveway for 3 days and they left it their for almost 2 weeks.
