Weatherproof Energy Systems

I didn't have any success with sending this any other way.My response to the previous comments from Weatherproof Systems is as follows:1) They never came several times to meet with me, They no-showed every time my roofer was there to meet with them.2) After I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com they had a new man call me and arrange a meeting with my husband and myself.3) The gentleman cam to our house and we decided to come to a mutual agreement to have the sky light taken out and see if we have anymore leaksWe agreed to this and they paid for some material as we already had left over shingles from the roof.4) My husband and I agreed to this because we are tired of trying to resolve this with a company who obviously had many more problems than just our complaint as we were lead to believe by this gentlemanHe was very nice and seemed to try to be accommodating to us so we just did what we had to, to put an end to the whole matter.Since the window was sealed on the outside and the skylight has been removed we have not had any leaks.Thank you for your time[redacted] ***

We went back to the customers house numerous times we finally showed them that their skylight was leaking not the window we had installed. We brought in a roofer for them who removed the skylight, we paid for the materials and they paid the labor. We have not heard of any leaks
