I am very happy with my doors and windows 4 sets of sliding doors and 11 windows.Jon Price was the first person we met he answered our questions ,and we had many.Jon told us "Just call me " .Jon answered our call on a Saturday morning.We thank you Jon.You are amazing..Paul Almeida installed our Doors and Windows .Paul and Brian introduced themselves .Paul and Brian did a awesome job .They treated our home like they would their own..The windows and doors are so amazing.We had no clean up at all we didn't pick up a screw or piece of paper..Thank you Jon,Paul and Brian.

Review: My husband [redacted] and I were told there was a 15 yr warranty on all the windows we purchased, and we bought a total of 12 for our home! The sales rep said it didn't matter what happened to the windows, any kind of problems at all were covered, as long as it was within the 15 yrs, which doesn't expire until 2016! I called to ask for my windows to be replaced because two are full of condensation between the panes and one won't open. I was told by[redacted] that Weather Tite Windows will not honor the warranty! I think the company should keep their promise to our family and replace the windows since it is within the time frame of the warranty.Desired Settlement: Please replace both fogged over windows and repair/replace one that won't open under the warranty.

Review: Weather Tite dropped the lifetime warranty on the windows that they installed in my home. Reason was the window manufacturer wet out of business ( [redacted]) back in 2008. When I recenty had a problem with a tilling window hinge which broke, they finally let me know that the warranty was no longer valid. They also mentioned in the letter that they have another company building windows for them. Weather Tite did send me a pair of hinges that they just happend to have and asked me to install them, which I did. The reason being that a $**.** service charge would be needed. I had the warranty with Weather Tite not with te company that went under. Plus why didit take 7 years to notify me.Desired Settlement: Have my warranty honored for the life of the windows like it was stated in the contract. hey should do the same for everyone that has this agreement with them.

this was and still is a SITUATION BEYOND OUR CONTROL and will address services as they become known to us ,

We had weather tite install windows late last year (2013). The installers were very early, did not introduce themselves. I am still finding window parts in my flower beds. Screws, latches, etc...we have had continuing problems with several visits from employees, who seem to band-aid the windows. As of today,(Labor Day, 2014) I still have 2 windows that won t completely close, the seal at the top of ALL the windows wouldn't stop a slip of paper. We have a problem with the OVER-CRANKING! Don t think they should work like that. We recieved a call today that someone would like to come out tomorrow, again. We have had way too many issues/problems I. The short amount of time we ve had these windows. We love the windows. They look very nice but.....

They just don't do good business.

Review: Purchased 8 premium replacement windows April 2008.4/14/14: Reported that hermetic seal was broken in one window. This window is cloudy between the pains of glass. Mr. Fader said he would research my file and get back to me. No response.4/22/14: Followed-up with second call. Mr.Fader could not get on computer system. Will return my call.4/25/14: Received letter informing me Weather Tite's window supplier was no longer in business and I would have to pay for window repairs. The letter also stated that I would need to purchase two windows. I do not understand why.4/28/14: Call Mr. Fader to discuss letter and left voice mail. No response as of this writing.The hermetic seal is called out under Weather-Tite's warranty for "life". The warranty I received is on their letterhead and they should honor the warranty. I purchased the windows from Weather-Tite and if they have a problem with a their supplier, it should not effect my warranty.If their supplier going out of business, voids my warranty, I am stuck with 8 premium windows and no warranty on future claims, for which I paid $4940.00. Thank you for your support.Desired Settlement: Replace or repair my window under warranty with no cost to me.
