Breach of Contract, Misrepresentation, Fraud Web Design Giant, WDG, entered into a $15,000 contract to build from scratch a Magento E-commerse web site that was comparable to [redacted] After I paid WDG $10,000, they said, that, they did not know how to make a Magento web site, and that, they are a Word Press web site company not a Magento web site company. In January 2014 said I would get a full refund.In January 2014, WDG Breached the Contract, committed Misrepresentation, and Fraud among other contract violations.They want me to accept broken HTML code source files that don't work with Magento or Word Press web sites in exchange of a working e-commerse web site. Of coarse, these files are worthless. I've been told I will get a full refund. However, that has not happened. I asked how much will they refund, I don't get a response.Desired SettlementI will accept a working E-commerse WordPress web site or I will settle for $8500 refund.
