Review: I entered a contract for web-site design AND ADVERTISING FOR MARKETING. THE WEB-SITE HAS BEEN INOPERATIVE MOST OF THE TIME SINCE IT WAS ESTABLISHED. I GET NO RESPONSE TO CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR E-MAILS. IT IS LIKE THEY HAVE DISAPPEARD. THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINES BUT I DONE KNOW HOW. I KNOW 2 OTHER WEBSITES THEY BUILT THAT ALSO HAVE BEEN REBUILT. I HAVE INVESTED $4995.00 WITH THEM AND HAVE NOTHING THAT IS USABLE AND WANT A FULL REFUND OF ALL MONEY SPENTDesired Settlement: FULL REFUND OF ALL MONEY SPENT
