In regards to Ms. [redacted] our company has attempted everything possible to please Ms. [redacted]. We have sent coaching manuals by email, mail, and called to instruct on multiple occasions.
We emailed instructions to Ms. [redacted] originally on 11/25/2014 and called her to...

discuss the procedures. Ms. [redacted] accidentally signed up for an independent coaching program with [redacted]. When she notified us we gained access to her [redacted] and removed the program (thereby stopping any reoccurring fees). We had previously instructed her to not purchase anything like that advertising as we can do things for her on our end. Even though she decided to not follow those directions we are being unfairly blamed for that mistake. Then Ms. [redacted] was banned from [redacted] and [redacted] for copyright issues, which again that falls back to not doing that on her own. We called Ms. [redacted] to notify her of the correct procedures again. We then created a completely new [redacted] and [redacted] account “free of charge”. These accounts were emailed to Ms. [redacted] on 12/30/2014 and again on 1/2/2014.
We have mailed coaching items to Ms. [redacted] on October 9th (USPS tracking # [redacted]), October 15th (USPS tracking # [redacted]), November 27th (tracking # 7011 3500 0002 5053 4998), and January 3rd (tracking # [redacted]). We were updating products on Ms. [redacted]’s website on a regular basis when Ms. [redacted] sent 20 pages of products she wanted added with no url links attached. We did our best to locate all of the products and add them. Before we could finish the 20 pages of updates Ms. [redacted] sent more changes. We would like to continue a professional relationship with Ms. [redacted] if it is possible.

My Website was not up and running until after Black Friday. My husband and I were slightly upset that we had missed the biggest retail shopping day of the year. There was no way that he could have sent me that email that he claims to have sent.
I did not sign up for an independent coaching program with [redacted]. I accidently signed up for an advertising campaign. I didn't realize that they were taking money from my checking account until we checked it for some reason unrelated. I did contact the Web Innovation's office and they did stop [redacted] from taking any further money from my account. I had never been instructed on how [redacted] did their advertising Campaigns. This happened in January and February of this year. Feel free to call me for my [redacted] password to verify that my words are correct.
I have never been banned from [redacted] or [redacted] for Copyright issues. I have had an issue with [redacted] about having too many friends added at one time. I have had an issue with [redacted] about doing to many tweets in a day. It is impossible for me to be guilty of copyright issues. Because my job is to copy a picture of a product from my website and then copy the product description and post it to the website that are provided with my advertisement. They are free of charge [redacted], and[redacted]. If any changes are to be made to these pages they are free of charge. I copy, cut, paste to these sites. I was never notified of the correct procedures. I was left to figure it out on my own that is how it has been from the start.
The account links were mailed to me that allow me access to post products. [redacted],[redacted] and https://www.[redacted], https://www.f[redacted], same password.

I did not receive any coaching items. I would ask that you check out these October 9th (USPS tracking # [redacted]), October 15th (USPS tracking # [redacted]), November 27th (tracking # [redacted]), and January 3rd (tracking # [redacted]). Please track these numbers and find out where these items went because I have never received any of them. They are updating my website monthly because I send in a list of 20 products with the url links as requested. This is a request that was made after July 2014. I was told in May that I could add anything to my website with no mention of them needing url links. They have posted 10 products from the original list sent in July 2014, I have sent my list of products approved for 20 items per month by [redacted] with url link at the beginning of this month, and they are still not posted.
My website [redacted].com is down more that it is working. I would like for you to look at [redacted].com, [redacted].com. My other stores have had nothing added to them since I bought them in 2013. I would never put a child's costume in our store. I am a Reverend and I don't acknowledge Halloween as a holiday that was never on my list of things to add to the store. Since signing this contract, I have made $80.00 and lost $300.00. I do my job every day and I post a different product every time my website is up and running.
I swear that all of the things that I have said are to be true. So help me God.

The back office has never worked right, but does show hundreds of clicks coming to the site. Amazon says the clicks are fake and there have been no sales. It is simply an advertizing site, advertizing Amazon products, and charging me hosting fees to do it. On Dec. 9, they promised to cut me a commission check. Never arrived.
