I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.Every time I had an issue with my Website they fix itPlus I have not had any pressure in buying products to my website that I didn't want.This Company is great in helping me with all the tools I need to succeed in business

This customer signed up for two websitesOne of his orders declined for his initial sifee but we still completed the sof his siteHis monthly hosting fee of $was charged but after speaking with the client we have canceled his service, refunded his $and even agreed to paid his $overdraft fee as a general courtesyIt is always our commitment to maintain the best customer service and support for our clients

I will personally reach out to this customer today and issue them a refund checkI am not sure why his refund was rejected by the system but like he stated we did issue a refund immediately Thank you again for your communication, Best regards, [redacted]

On behalf of *** the customer was contacted today in regards to the complaintWhen asked about any issues he was experiencing with our company he did advise us that he was unable to get in contact with usHe stated that he was calling the merchant number that was listed on his
statement instead of the customer cr that was in his welcome email and also given by phoneHe also said the charge was not authorized although he did give his card number to the sales rep. We apologized for any misunderstanding and told him the $charge will be refunded to his account with no problemWe gave him the correct number in case he has further issues

they did refund it and it showed in my account that day and now it is gone, makes you think about a company the number they put on the transaction that goes on to your bank account, that the number goes no where and obviously they mean it to go no where if the only number that you can get in contact with them is through a direct email, they dont want people geting in contact with them, I told the people I talked to that called me to call me in the morning for final authorizatiion but they called at the end of their day and the middle of my second job, [redacted] has my card number but they dont charge it unless I tell them to and I never told you to charge me

Because the $36 fee was never paid to us we are unable to refund a credit card. We did however mail Mr. [redacted] a check for his over draft fees. Today I will verify the check was not cashed and issue a new one. I will include a copy of the check in a later email. Best regards,[redacted]

I am not sure how I missed this particular complaint. We have reached out to the client today and were unable to reach her. However, I am sending her a $200.00 refund check today and have attached a copy to you. I assume a complete refund will satisfy her concern.
