Mr [redacted] , It is not an uncommon practice to ship like items when other items are out of stock or are obsolete The motor that was shipped was and is the same motor that the mfg employs to private label for them under their own brand A.OSmith, Magnatech, Century are only different by the sticker that is placed on the motor They are all the same As we have 100,000's of thousand of items over websites I am sure that you could find like items cheaper in every marketplace from [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] Also let us not discount the fact that I could find a like item much more expensive on the web Should I be giving refunds to everyone? Should I ask for more money when I am the cheapest after a sale has been made and I was the cheapest? I think what you failed to mention is the savings that you saved from buying from us vs your local brick and mortar location We cannot police every order and I am sure your purchase was fair and equitable Let me ask you this? Why would you install a motor if you feel it was not appropriate for your application It cannot be returned as it was already installedGood day to you Mr [redacted] ***

I purchased an item on webpoolsupply.com, at the agreed upon price shown on their website I paid, money was removed from my account, and a receipt was issued for the sale The following day, webpoolsuppy contacted my and let me know the price had increased $and they would need to collect more money Ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company

I placed an order with www.webpoolsupply.com for to GFCI safety switches When I got the package the switches were not safety switches they were just regular switches I have emailed them and called them trying to return and get a refund but I have gotten no answer

Credit Card Charged, but product never shipped!
Warning...do not do business with this company. I placed my order on-line, my credit card was charged the next day, however, the product never arrived. I called requesting status twice and received a response that it was in processing and should arrive soon. I then received an email stating it should have shipped and they would 'look' for the tracking number for me. I never received a tracking number after repeated email requests. On the 3rd call to the business, I was routed to a reward center that stated [redacted] was having technical difficulties and they would like me to enter a drawing for a $100 [redacted] Card. What a joke!
I have since filed a dispute of charges with my credit card company and just finished filling out the forms and attaching order receipts, email communication, etc.

We are unable to honor the price of $ 86.99, there are no more in stock at this price.  We can have the customer repurchase the item, for the correct/new amount of $ 139.99.
