Got an invoice from the company for services that we never had or would have needed. A search on the internet showed others that got the same invoice that never knew the company before. They are trying to get busy Accounts Payable departments to just cut them a check because they have to shuffle through paperwork so fast they can't run down every invoice they don't know. If you call the number on the invoice or website it will say they have longer than usually call volumes and send yo to voice mail and say they will call you back in order the call was taken but they will never call you back and any extension you push goes to the same email. If you push the sales extension they ask for your account number which why would someone calling to order it have an account number.
