Review: I had filled out this form a couple of years ago while at this [redacted] basketball tournament in Myrtle Beach that my son was playing in and it was advertising that this company could help my son get his profile out to a lot of the colleges and coaches by helping with setting up his profile, high lite videos and things of that nature. He originally said the cost is normally $1000.00 then he came down to $800.00 then I told him that was to much for my budget then he came down to $500.00 and said that he could put me on a payment plan so I said ok and agreed to send my first payment of $50.00.Before I sent the money he was texting me asking when was I going to send the money so he could get started on working on my son profile so I told him that I had to talk it over with my wife. I finally decided to send him the $50 thru [redacted] that he had set up then a week or two went by and I got a little concerned because I hadn't heard anything from him letting me know how things were going. So I called him because I was starting to have doughts about everything and I was going to tell him(coach [redacted]) that I didn't want to continue because of how he was not informing me of the process then he said to help ease my dought he would do like a trail process by sending my sons profile and high lite videos to 100 schools for $100 so I again said ok so I sent him another $50 to add up to the $100 thru [redacted] for the trial run. Then after that no phone call or texts, when I would call him he would text me back saying he was in a meeting nd he would call me later but he never would and I still haven't heard from him so that is why I am asking for your help in tring to get a refund or possibly sueing this company.Desired Settlement: A full refund of all that is owed.
