of the envelope provided by [redacted], the post mark date was July [redacted], 2017 and the returned by post office date was August **, 2017. This payment was never delivered to the lockbox by the post office. Prior to July 2017, [redacted]'s payments have been received timely apart from her July 2017 payment, which was not received. Webb & Brooker has not received any other complaints about shareholders checks being returned by the post office recently. There was an issue towards the end of last year but that was an issue where someone stole the mail out of the post box in the neighborhood.We have recommended to [redacted] that she contact the post office as this appears to be an isolated matter within the Post Office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, for the record I do not receive my statements in the mail,  In December 2016 I signed up to pay my maintenance payments online, which I did and I was charged a llate fee even though I authorized the pyment on December [redacted], Webb and Brooker claimed that they received the payment on December **.  I decided to mail my payments instead of using the online service.I woud appreciate it if Webb and Brooker would send me envelopes to mail in my payments.  I preferr to pick up statements on line because it is faster than waiting for Webb and Brooker to mail the statements. I would also like a refund of all late charges for 2017
