Issuess with office staff and paying bill I have been using Webb Creek Water and Sewage since May 2013 and I have always had issues but they have got worse in the past year to year and a half. They stopped sending out monthly statements so I didn't know how much the bill was and started calling to get a monthly total. I left message after message and no one would call me back. I finally got in touch with her after they turned off my sewage and then was charged a fee to have it turned back on which was $150 plus my bill which was $50. I didn't have the whole amount but ask if I could pay $80 that day which was a Wednesday and then pay the rest 2 days later when I got paid and was told yes. I called on that Friday and couldn't get an answer and I left a voice mail. No one ever called me back and I made call after call with following weeks. I went out of town but paid my bill based on the amount they mailed me. My sewage once again has been turned off and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. I will return home this weekend after being gone for 5 weeks and I will not have sewage. The lady in the office never shows up for work so even if I was in my home state, I wouldn't be able to pay the bill if I went to the office. Webb Creek turned off my sewer services and claimed it was due to not paying the bill. Webb Creek turned off my sewer services on 15 July 2014 for lack of payment since May 2014. However, [redacted] mailed a check for $25.00 to Webb Creek with an arrival date of June 13, 2014 with confirmation number [redacted] The check was never cashed. In addition, said named bank mailed a check which Webb Creek should have received on July 15, 2014 for $25.00 with confirmation number [redacted]Webb Creek charged a $15.00 charge for turning off the services due to no payment, however the payments were sent to Webb Creek and confirmation number exist for the payments.Desired SettlementFirst, I would like the $15.00 fee returned since the payments were sent. Second, Webb Creek should explain if they or the postal service lost the check from June 13, 2014. If it is lost, I need to cancel the check to ensure it is not cashed at a later date.

Not receiving bills.For the past 2 months we have not received any monthly bills. It is not just me but a couple of my neighbors that I talked to have not gotten their bills either. Last month I spoke to the lady at the office and she said she mailed the bills out. This month we didn't get a bill, so when I went in to pay the bill today, 5/31/2016, she again told me she mailed them out. Now this is for sewer service and if they block the line for non-payment there is a $140.94 reinstated. I have checked with the post office and they say that all mail is being delivered. Desired SettlementI do not believe that the company is sending out the bills by the 15/th of the month, what I want is the bill in the mail like we have been getting for the past year.

Received one bill stating we owed $40, then a few days later the service was disconnected. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. They have poor customer service ( if they answer their phone at all), and are bad business people in general.My most recent bill was due on the 1st. Since they do not take credit cards, or online payments my bank has to send them a check. My boyfriend has it set up so it gets sent the same time every month. I recently received my bill for next month (which was post marked on the 16th) stating that I owed $40 and my new payment would be due on the 1st of the following month. Today is the 22nd. I walked out of my front door to get my mail and I stepped on an envelope that was just thrown on my front stoop. Well I guess they decided to disconnect my service because I "owe" more than $50. I have been home all day and no one bothered to knock on my door to tell me what was going on. According to this letter my payment that was dated the 1st and accepted on the 8th was not accepted because of insufficient funds. If this is the case then why was the payment accepted on the new bill postmarked on the 16th?This means that although they received the check early in the month they did not bother to try and cash it until after my new bill was sent. I was given no chance to try and fix the problem before they disconnected my service, and now they say I owe them $102 in 3 days otherwise I will be in poor standing with the company. I now owe them $15 for a reconnect fee, $25 for last month, $25 for this month, and $37 in a check return charge. What's worse is my boyfriend is in the [redacted] and currently out of the state for training. I have no way of getting a hold of him to get this paid. I am unemployed an have no way of resolving this issue until he gets home at the end of next month.Desired SettlementI want my service reconnected since my november bill said I was under the $50 disconnect policy. If they were more efficient in processing payments this would never have been an issue. I have no way of rectifying the problem until my boyfriend returns home. I can't go more than a month without having sewer.
