Review: I have been trying to reach their web support. There is no phone number. You can submit an email to web support. My username/password stopped working. I KNOW I have the right username and password combinations. In fact, I have 2 accounts. Neither work. I really want to merge the two accounts and I also need access to my CME credits so I can file an application for the ABPN Board exam. I have received two reference numbers when I contacted them via email ([redacted] and [redacted]). They finally contacted me and

1. said I only have one account. That is not true

a. one account has Username [redacted]

b. the second account has username [redacted]

2. in their reply they gave me a username ([redacted]) along with a password that goes with the other username ([redacted])

(not to mention that a confidential password now has been made public)

Review: I paid WebM.D. $5.00 for advice what I got was these people wanting another$5.00 for my answer. I am now out $10.00 and have recieved an answer.

I paid WebM.D. $5.00 for an answer to a medical question. What I got was a request for another $5.00 so I could get my answer. When I complied there was no answer and there was no one to contact. I fill that WebM.D. and thier pay site ripped off and old man who desperately needs some answers.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I have recieved numerous e-mails in my WebMD folder in Outlook. The e-mails are using WebMD as part of there url. I have been calling WebMD for over 2 months regarding this. The you can never speak with anyone. I have left at least 20 voicemails. They say that they will return your phone call within 48 hours. I have never gotten a call back from them. This is very upsetting.Desired Settlement: I want someone to call me and let me know what they are going to do to resolve this issue.
