We are in receipt of your complaint referenced above.

vehicle was sold on August 14, 2015, and was returned at least three times for work completed at our expense, totaling almost $800. We replaced the thermostat, the front lower ball joints and replaced tires.
The warranty we sold was provided through GWC, a highly-rated warranty company, and is still in effect. A copy of the contract paperwork is attached for ease of reference. The four wheel drive system is a covered repair, according to our reading of the contract.
We are unable to comment on the head gasket issue, which the buyer mentions but does not expand upon.
The vehicle was sold three months ago with a 180 day/7500 mile third party warranty, and the repairs the buyer requests appear to be covered items. The warranty has a $100 deductible, which is typical. Our cost was $475, and we sold it to the customer for $475 - typically dealers add a significant mark up as profit, and we did not.
We sell warranties in order that mechanical repair bills do not overwhelm our customers, and that they have peace of mind should a mechanical failure take place. We would suggest that the buyer contacts the warranty company in the first instance.

We understand that they did fix the mentioned 3 items totaling $800. But [redacted] explained the 4th item that we thought Webster Auto had repaired before purchase they had not repaired. This item they said they repaired and didn't. So that means we then bought a vehicle under false circumstances that is not a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Also the warranty only covers $2000, the rest is of our expense and the total charge for just the engine damage was $4,667.68. There is nothing left to cover the 4 wheel drive Webster was originally suppose to fix for us and that [redacted] says may have helped cause the additional engine damage that cost us $2,667.68 out of pocket for a vehicle we just barely made 2 monthly payments for. We ask that we get the 4 wheel drive problem fixed so that we have the vehicle we paid for. That was one of the features we needed when selecting this model, or we could have picked a different less expensive vehicle. We were lied to when they said it was fixed and was a functioning 4 wheel drive vehicle.
