My count show's money in it to cover everything. But some how the bank then say's there isn'tWhen we check out account it show's everything we have out standing and a balance. So when we use some of the balance all of a sudden they start bouncing things that they showed as taken out of our account then they hit us with $37 bounce check fee's. They will not help or evern work with you. I apologize for any frustration you may have experienced.With regards to your situation, Automated Clearing House (ACH) items, purchases and debits are presented for payment on the account. We do not have access to any outstanding purchases and or debits you have not informed us of.My research indicates that there have been numerous ACH payments presented against insufficient funds. As a result, fees are assessed as outlined in the deposit account disclosures you were provided with at account opening. These deposit account disclosures outline our overdraft fee policies and by signing the signature card and use of the account, you agree to the terms and conditions of the account.Fees are assessed the next business day after an item posts against insufficient/unavailable funds. Our records indicate that you have been provided information regarding our Funds Availability Policy on numerous occasions.We recommend that transactions are written in your check register or an electronic equivalent, deducting amounts of checks, ATM withdrawals, check card purchases and any automatic bill payments as they occur.Our online banking is a great way to keep track of your balances. My research indicates that you actively utilize this service and in addition have taken advantage of the balance alerts feature. In addition to online banking, your account balance information can be assessed via our automated telephone system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing [redacted] and following the voice prompts, or by calling our Customer Care Center from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days w week.I've attempted to reach out to you by phone, but was not able to. Complaint[redacted] Bank changed the order of withdrawals to charge me more fees.On [redacted] 2015 I received a text alert about my balance. Which if you take my balance minus 3 transactions it left me with [redacted] Which is what the alert said.
