Review: Wecosign advertised on their website (which is no longer available) that they could assist me in getting into an apartment by cosigning a lease. I paid the application fee of $100.00 to the company (Wecosign) and sent them required information. The apartment complex I wished to rent from informed me that they do not accept this type of lease. I contacted Wecosign and spoke with [redacted], who stated they would find an apartment complex in my area that accepted this type of lease arrangement. They never responded back and I tried many times to contact them, without success.Desired Settlement: In addition to refund, company should be forced to change advertising to be truthful.

Review: We Cosign provided a rental guarantee for a lessee with somewhat bad credit in March 2013. Due to unfortunate circumstances, the lessee was no longer able to pay her rent beginning in October 2013, and I immediately contacted We Cosign, or attempted to. Every time I called, the person I was supposed to speak with, [redacted], was not in the office. The receptionist could never tell me when she would be in. [redacted] also did not return any of my emails, until the managing broker of the company I work for stepped in and threatened to report them to the Revdex.com. At that point, We Cosign finally became responsive, until, however, it came time to collect from them, per their "guarantee". Since we were able to avoid the eviction process by terminating the lease agreement, [redacted] explained that it this case they would provide two month's rent. I was in constant contact with [redacted] making sure I adhered to their policies, and I sent them everything they asked for in the time frame they insisted upon. I was told that once they had a copy of the signed termination and the condo was vacated, they would mail a check for $1700, which is two month's rent. I emailed a fully signed copy of the termination on 10/21/13. I called shortly after and spoke to a gentleman who was very short with me and didn't give me his name, however he said they would mail a check. I asked if he needed me to prepare an invoice, since that's a requirement according to We Cosign's terms and conditions, but he said it wasn't necessary. I have emailed multiple people in the company ([redacted], [redacted] and [redacted])several times, yet to this day no one has responded. Additionally all of the phone numbers for the company seem to now be disconnected.Desired Settlement: We need We Cosign to honor their contract and send us payment. We are owned $1700 ($850/month for two months).

Review: My name is [redacted] I am 20 years old , student loans have wrecked my credit score, I am employed and was in need of a cosigner. I found WeCosign through the search engine,Google. There was a one time fee of 100.00 payable through PayPal . I was sent an invoice for the 100.00 in which I paid on the date of 02/14/2014 , at 11:33 a.m. , along with the payment confirmation number I received from Paypal. I have an invoice from WeCosign and after frustration turned to action I sent WeCosign an invoice on the date of 04/17 /2014 for my refund. From 02/14/2014 until now I have been promised that my refund will arrive in the mail . I have never talked with accounting I have only spoke to their voicemail, I have been hung up on and continually put on hold ; given the run around. I have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] plenty of times and to no avail they have breached their contract to refund my 100.00 . Just recently today I phoned WeCosign and was unsympthatetically told that all refunds are being handled through a third party. When I requested to speak with [redacted] I was offered to speak to yet another voicemail. I will happily retract my comments on their horrible customer service and unethical business practices upon payment of my refunded fee of 100.00. I am even more elated that the apartment company I went with denied WeCosign as a qualified cosigner; if they hadn't Lord knows what other "policy" WeCosign would have breached. To resolve this issue I would just like my money back ; I never used WeCosign's service to successfully attain an apartment. And furthermore, their disgusting and condescending customer service only infuriates my need to report them and demand a refund. My comments on WeCosign will be posted on every available avenue to warn others until this issue is resolved . I would like other young apartment seekers to be warned of these money hungry individuals and their predatory practices; it is not fair to be schemed like so.

Review: I moved into a apartment complex where I used wecosign as a cosigner. Well 7months into my lease went to make a payment and was not able to do. Contacted wecosign number disconnected. Connected my apartment complex regarding this company they advertise in the office. They claim to have no knowledge that wecosign. Also stated if I was requesting a refund I had to go through wecosign. Now I had to pay a double deposit. I put $150 down and I had to $50 a month until march 2014. Well after making a total of $400 I went to make a payment through [redacted] I couldn't. I called the number was disconnected.Desired Settlement: I am seeking $400 that was paid to them.

Review: COMPANY CHARGED $100. FOR CREDIT CHECK THEN $1368. TO COSIGN FOR OUR APARTMENT RENTAL WHICH WE DIDNT NEED AFTER ALL. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND SINCE MID JANUARY BUT WE CONTINUE TO GET THE RUN AROUND FROM FRANK.WE CALL NEARLY EVERY DAY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE REFUND BUT WHEN WE DO SPEAK TO FRANK HE HAS SOME KIND OF STORY THAT HE IS WORKING ON IT. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ON GOING SITUATION. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: RETURN OF OUR $1468.00
