Review: I placed an order by phone for a white gold diamond straight/tapered baguette anniversery band on 4/**/15. $606.00 was taken out of my checking account on 4/**/15. Website states this ring will ship in 3-6 days. I called on 4/**/15 and hung up. I did not leave a message realizing it was the weekend. I recieved a call back from a gentlemen whom said he was returning a call from missing call on his phone. I told him I was calling to find out the status of my order and gave him my order number and he stated my ring was due to be shipped on Tues. 4/**/15 and I would recieve a order confirmation and tracking information. SInce I didn't recieve a confirmation/tracking information as I was told, I called the company back on 4/**/15 over and over all day, and pushed every promp number. cutomer service, sales, other etc. and was sent to an answering machine on all promps. I left 3 messages with my concerns about my order status and have not recieved a call back. I'm getting married in June as I was using this ring as my wedding band.Desired Settlement: To provide me with a confirmation and tracking of the shipped ring and delivery of the ring

There was a miscommunication with Wedding Bands Wholesale Inc. After numerous conversations with [redacted] whom called me even on the weekend when they were closed, we realized that they had my email incorrect and I wasn't recieving any correspondence through them. There was a delay on my ring because it was custom made. [redacted] called me and apologized about the delay and shipped my ring via [redacted] overnight. I should recieve the ring on Monday. After my email was corrected, correspondences previously sent to me, I recieved along with tracking number of my shipped ring.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: Hello, We ordered two custom made wedding rings, one for a lady and on for a man. The lady's wedding ring is exactly as it should be, meets sales contract specifications. The men's wedding ring does not meet sales contract specifications. The wrong color gold was used. My fiancé has contacted the company seven times over the last few months and has experienced stonewalling in one form or another. Put on hold. We'll call you later.Desired Settlement: Fulfill sales contract obligation for order number [redacted], dated 3/**/2013. Make the correct ring before July [redacted], and deliver it to [redacted]

We have contacted the client in regards to the mentioned order .and informed them that we would be happy to remake their ring in the correct color tone as they originally requested. This has always been the case, there was simply a miscommunication somewhere down the line. When [redacted]'s wife) originally called in reference to this order, we informed her that we will gladly correct this issue her, and that we would send her instructions to send in her ring for exchange. We never received her ring. in therefore communication was lost.

Resolution: Customer has been informed that we will remake the ring for them and get it back to them" on or before the [redacted] of July. This was agreed to by the client and sufficient according to their needs.
