I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I just wanted to let you know that john from service did call me, and I set up a time for me to bring the truck over and get the wheels taken care ofAs far as them offering for me to bring the truck over to have it taken care of, and I refused, couldnt be further from the truthThey never offered to have me bring it over to solve the issueIf that was the case, do you think that I would be filing this complaint? There are still several spots in my yard IN PLAIN VIEW that clearly have weedsThe rest of the grass is fine thoughOver rated and too expensive for the jobId rather pay a local neighbor 10/hr to pull weeds

My Service Manager Jon Swill be calling Mr [redacted] to set up a time for him to come in and have us remove and replace the locks of course with no charge to the customerMr [redacted] did call and did speak to one of my service advisors on Thursday at which time we informed him where to look for the key or he could just come in at that time to remove the locks and Mr [redacted] did not want to come in for us to remove The only way I can help Mr [redacted] is for him to come into Auction Direct for his free removal of wheel locks Since we already offered Mr [redacted] a solution I do not feel as though this should go against Auction Direct as a Revdex.com complaint A fair resolution was offered declined which is no different then todays fair offAlan FGeneral Manager Auction Direct Victor NY

This person is the one that was irate and using inappropriate language with our staffThis is a person that is just now calling in about services that were preformed a year agoWe call all our customer the day before we come outWe never got a call from the client until this past weekWe sent a number a statements to the customer with no responseThe client was then turned over to our collections departmentWhen she called I gave her a little information and then told her that she would need to contact our collections department per our agreement with themThat is when she became more irate and calls back to the office times in a rowWitch would be harassment Please let me know if you need anything else from me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is not 100% satisfactory to me MrFmust realize our conditions as followsWe will come into his used car dealershipWe will have one appointment for him or his associate to see the damage to the windshieldThe past repair of the damage had already been botched or could not be fixed originallyThere is three cracks extending from the damageThese will continue to crack across the windshieldThey will be accelerated with the oncoming winter by freezing temperatures and pot holes in the [redacted] NY areaWe will not bring the car in for their auto glass contractor to look at the damage, againThe contractor already said, that if he try's to repair damage it will look worse than it does nowI will not be interested in having their contractor to try to repair it anywaysThey have looked at the damage and deemed the windshield not repairable Unfortunately, the only remedy we will listen to and agree is that his dealership to replace the windshieldWe paid $15,000+ for a vehicle with a damage windshieldWe do not want and windshield with pending future safety issuesSo, one trip in for them to look at itThen one to REPLACE windshieldWe are not interested in being jerked around any more than we have toThis is the only acceptable resolve in the situation This is only one avenue to the correct this situation and we will use them if this failsI will not be available for the rest of this weekThe dates as follows are not good, August 17, August 31, and September Regards, Louis Desfosses

Notably, nobody from the company spoke with me? Unanswered phone calls and mail do not establish consent or an agreement/contract? This is illegal? This is deceptive? On the company's logic, a person can become a forced customer simply by not answering his/her phone and having a mailing address.? This company is dishonest? They will never be able to collect fees from me? I have already, under state and federal law, demanded they cease and desist all communications.? In order to qualify for a loan any applicant seeking financing needs to have their credit pulled in order for a bank or potential lender to make a decision on the applicants credit worthiness Mrs [redacted] voluntarily completed a credit application which I have attached to this reply and blacked out any vital information of Mrs*** Without giving a specific personal information out Mrs [redacted] was deemed unfinanceable due to prior decisions she has made in her past The single voluntary credit pull did nothing to further degrade her credit situation It is easy to want to blame Auction Direct for her past credit problems but I assure you Mrs***'s credit situation is not the cause of Auction DirectWe are unable to remove a voluntary request for credit and our staff is very well trained to make people understand there is no such thing as a soft credit pull in the car industry That was furthered by the disclaimers given to the consumer via the credit application process Thank you, Alan FDirector of Operations

This account has been canceled since June per the clients requestHere is an e-mail to and from the client about the account from May 22nd when he called in to ask about the outstanding balanceWe were not able to get a hold of him so we sent the e-mail explaining the balanceThen he responded with his informationOn May 23rd he called and said that we do not have authto charge his cardWe did not up to that pointI personally spoke to the client each time before we came out and there were no issuesIf he did not want the service at all this year there was plenty of chances to let us knowAlso I personally would not give my credit card information to a company that was billing me for services that I did not wantRight now there is an outstanding bill for $on the accountWe would be willing to split the difference and settle the account for $since this client did not cancel the service until Jun 13th and did e-mail us with his cca infoJanet [redacted] Weed Man Lawn Care

I would like to apologize to Ms [redacted] for any confusion we may have caused I am obviously unaware of this situation until contacted by the Revdex.com I do not know what was said nor does Todd remember any specific conversation regarding GAP either I have attached a Gap Waiver signed by Ms [redacted] which shows in writing her not agreeing to include GAP on the loan As in any loan if Ms [redacted] was not comfortable with terms of the loan she certainly did not have to sign the loan documents We also had a day Mile money back guarantee which I have attached where even after Ms [redacted] did sign the loan documents she certainly could have returned the car if not satisfied the terms of the loan I can off one of things to try and helpI will offer Ms [redacted] $to help towards her deficit with her lenderIf Mrs [redacted] would like another car from Auction Direct I will reduce the sales price on any vehicle off her choosing by the total amount of the insurance deficit Which I understand to be the number that Ms [redacted] provided the Revdex.comWhich if Ms [redacted] chooses that we can get her into another car with NO money out of her pocket while satisfying the deficit of the old loan into the new loan offset by the price reduction of the new carI am not saying that this conversation never took place I do not want Ms [redacted] thinking that I am in any way calling her a liar Given the fact that Ms [redacted] did sign a legal document waiving her right to GAP I can only go by what I see in writing and not what may or many not have been saidThank YouAlan FGeneral Manager Auction Direct

Weed Man lawn care has serviced my lawn for quite a few years and they've done an excellent job The weeds really do go away!! These guys are always friendly and aim to please

We call or text each customer the day before we come out to do any of the applicationsWe do this so that if a customer would like to reschedule or cancel a service they have the option toWe also note the date and time along with what happened on the call on the customers paperworkLooking back at this clients paperwork we called him on 4/10/at 7:30pm and talked to himThis was before the first application was even doneIf the customer did not want the service any longer then he could have said so and not said it was fine to doI also have an e-mail from the customer from 5/22/with his cca information on it because the card that we had on fine was coming back as being declined and after several calls to him with no answer we e-mailed him as well as send him an invoiceIn the e-mail he claims that the card we had on file was not the card that he sent in for this season (which it was) and that after this year he would not longer be a customer because he was not happy with the customer service ( I am not sure what he was unhappy about) Then we received a call not to charge the account that he had give us and we did not so this customer still has an out standing balance with usWe have made our last attempt to collect on this account and it will now be turned over to our collection departmentI will be more then happy to fordward this e-mail on you you if you would like it

We have done all we can do for Mr*** at this point. We called him the same day the complaint was received. We paid for a loaner car and a diagnosis from another dealer only to be told in writing from a *** dealer that there is nothing wrong with his car. I can offer Mr*** nothing else because there is nothing I can do I cannot fix what is not broken. Again we called him the same day the complaint was filed. We have done everything and more to help but there is no problem with his car. In his response he claimed to still be waiting to hear from us on when to bring the car in. Since the car was already here again I renew my objection to this entire complaint as it has no basis

"She stated this is the first timeshe wasn't sure what to expect." This was my first personal vehicle purchaseI had been to over half a dozen dealerships prior to visiting ADUSA and not one of those other places treated me as poorly as ADUSATheir site says this, “Auction Direct makes its guests feel empowered and effectively eliminates the unpleasant stigmas associated with the typical used car buying experience.” My experience was not true to thisDisingenuousShowing the availability of becoming financed is not the issue- trying to bully me into financing prior to test-driving a vehicle isFrom the seller, “We cannot ship a vehicle, spend all that time and money for someone not to purchase the vehicle once transferred.” Clarity is lacking which can be made transparent on the website and by having inter-site communicationsSelling agent, “In order to proceed with this paperwork (for transferring the car), we have to add [the vehicle] to you [auto] policyIf you [don’t] decide to purchase it, it can be simply taken offI need to get this taken care of because our driver is coming to pick up the vehicle at some point this afternoon, which can be any minuteSo we have to have this paperwork printed." The dealership in *** requested and then demanded to have my insurance information so that their driver could drive the vehicle from NY to **, not bothering with the part where they were going to drive it down instead of towing it and waste miles all the while using my insuranceI contacted my insurance company to ask if this was at all and they confirmed that this is not how things are done, and I asked other dealerships how they would handle the situation and none of them said they would force me to put the car on my insuranceThis is further evidence that ADUSA was behaving in a disingenuous mannerRyan Fhas never been accused of yelling/being rudeThis is not an applicable dismissal of his treatment to mePast performance doesn't discount his actions during this situation. He yelled at me and I had to tell him directly that he should stop yelling at meHe was rude except when he was trying to make a sale and attempted to bully me into various uncomfortable positions i.epurchasing a used vehicle prior to test driving it and putting the vehicle on my insurance prior to purchaseI was never treated in this manner from any other dealershipAgain, what I am requesting is transparencyYour site flaunts a no-hassle and no confrontation environment with transparent salesThis is the opposite of my experienceYour transfer conditions should be clearIf I was to purchase a vehicle from your company tomorrow, I should know exactly what I was getting intoAuction Direct was #last in

The car was purchased on April 19th and delivered on the same date. We get a payoff from current lien holders because that is the time frame in which it takes to payoff existing loans. Attached to this email you will see a copy of the payoff check sent to the customers lien
holder. If she has automatic payments set up she is the only person that can stop her automatic payments. Once the payoff check is processed by the lien holder any overage amount will be refunded to the customer. As far as the AC goes she came in on the 24th complaining of noise in her AC at which time different technicians looked at the car and could not find a problem. If she is still having a problem she is welcome to bring it back and let us look at it again. The car was also detailed a second time for her already as per her Salesperson. Auction Direct has done everything by the book in regards to her first loan and having open loans does not destroy your credit it is common and the 2nd loan will remain on her credit until her lien holder reports the loan paid. Again please contact our service department so we can for the SECOND time only try and find a problem. According to our techs her boyfriend who was standing right there also agreed he could not hear any problems with the ACThank you, Alan FDirector of Operations
