Everything can as expected. One issue with broken chest of drawer.
It was replaced in few days as promised by my salesperson.

This is a great place to buy furniture, but worse customer service I had encountered. The manager/owner is very obnoxious and has no sense of social skills. The delivery date was not accurate and after rescheduling it, the manger forgets to tell the warehouse. I had to wait two more weeks to receive the item. I did not receive an apology, even though I paid for the delivery and the " missed delivery date". This is absurd. When I said that I would like to get an earlier delivery date, he said "I do not have time to talk to you, go ahead do a charge back and I will get every penny plus 30%". Not a happy customer. This business should be shut down immediately. The manger/owner-Alex needs to go get a degree in business management and socialization.

Review: I bought a bed in February 2015 and back in march for 2015 I had called to tell them the bed was damaged. The technician came to check it out took pictures and told them to order a new part. I was informed that I had to wait 6 months for the part to come in. I waited then came September they told me I had to wait till October. October came and went and still no part. Every time I call they give me the run around.Desired Settlement: Either they give me the replacement part, a new bed or my money back.
