Review: Realtor problems = list. An offer went in on our home, the buyers asked for 3 appliances. We stressed that the only way they could have those 3 appliances is if we were to get money back during the transactions. Vanessa D[redacted] gave us a paper showing us where we would get $8,000+ once we bought our new home. We asked, several times, are you sure we are getting this back because if we are not getting this back then we cannot let the buyers of our home have the 3 appliances they are asking for. We stressed that we would need that $8,000 to purchase 3 appliances. She said we would, so before checking with the bank she sent off the offer to the buyers of our home which stated they could have those 3 appliances. The next morning she called and said that we would not be getting that money back. We told her now she left us without appliances and no money. Next issue, we had asked for a home warranty, well looking through the paperwork, we noticed that she failed to put that in there. Then she constantly complained about our lender, which is a VA Loan. She stated she never complained about it, but yet my husband & I heard her do it all of the time. My husband served his country, that is his benefit and he deserves the right to use his VA benefits. She tried so many times to get us to change companies, but we didn't. Then we were going on vacation, buyers of our home wanted to settle July 18th. She wanted us to move our stuff into the new home, sign the papers before we left for vacation, and then pay storage to the seller of our home to keep our stuff in there until we got back from vacation. Really? Then she failed to tell us about an extra cost we might encounter during a septic inspection (on top of the original fee of $350 it would be an additional $650). When I asked her about it, she said she forgot to tell us. Then we had two retaining walls that in the agreement we stated we would fix one, well we got stuck fixing both. Every day was one issue after another with this lady!Desired Settlement: We would like to see some money come back to us to help us with the money we lost through her. We lost time, money, & were put under so much stress daily! I have a medical condition and did not do well during this whole transaction. Every day I had so many emails & had to make many phone calls to find out what went wrong & to fix things. I have emails, statements, etc. to back up everything & she spoke to us in ways a realtor shouldn't. I have copies of these words. She was disrespectful!
