inches.  Endermologie has been proven in over 110 medical studies and takes around 10-25 sessions to get optimal results.  [redacted] purchased a 5 session Endermologie package at $349 on December 5, 2014 through PayPal.  On December 8, 2014, [redacted] came in for her first two sessions signing a consent form that stated that Weight No More does not guarantee any certain results, and that results from Endermologie are affected by a client’s own diet, water intake, exercise and hormones.  It also stated that Weight No More does not offer any type of refund for money paid or for services already rendered, regardless of the circumstance (such as, but not limited to being satisfied with results).  [redacted] also signed another form stating that she authorized her package purchase through PayPal and that she understood that there were no refunds. [redacted] came in again on December 18, 2014 and voluntarily purchased another 5 session package at our center and on the bottom of the receipt it stated no refunds and no guarantee of results.  She also signed another form stating that she once again authorized her credit card and that she understood that there were no refunds.  On February 23, 2015, [redacted] went to her bank and filed a charge back for the package purchased on December 5, 2014 through PayPal and PayPal stated the reason as “client never received services paid for” which was not true and was fraudulent. Weight No More called [redacted] nicely and reminded her that she already took her sessions along with the documents she signed and explained that she needed to call her credit card company and withdraw the charge back or we would be forced to file a police report.  We were trying to be nice and work with her so we would not have to pursue the matter legally.  On Monday, April 6, 2015, Officer [redacted] of the [redacted] phoned [redacted] and explained that if the money was not paid back to Weight No More by Friday, April 10, 2015, that she would be arrested.  On April 6, [redacted] called and told us that she had already withdrawn the charge back and Weight No More received the $349 back in full.  Weight No More treated [redacted] with respect.  Weight No More never promised [redacted] any guarantee of results, nor threatened her, nor acted in an unprofessional manner towards her.  Weight No More is pleased that this matter has been resolved. Review: on December, I was looking for a place for cellulite reduction and tighten the skin with lifting the Butt. So, I called this center and discussed with them my concerns, the lady there her name is [redacted] told me that this machine defiantly gonna help me and I will reach my goal. Also I been told that I will notice the difference from the second sessions. so, I trusted her words and I purchased 1 package of 5 sessions for $349 through Paypal. I had received All the sessions and nothing happened to my body. when I told them about that, they replayed that I have to purchased another package because 5 was not enough. I did trusted them for the second time and I bought the second one for $349. So, I had 10 sessions on total without any changes to my body. I still have all the problems that bothers me on my lower part. I was unhappy and unsatisfied from the results and I kindly asked them to find me a solution because I had wasted almost $700 without any benefits. They said that I have to keep buying there packages to see the results which is insane!! So, when I asked them for my money back they said I signed a consent that they don't guarantee the results and they don't return money back. So please try to help me on this issue because I feel that they just took my money and deceived me and before I deal with them they gave me falls hops and convinced me to purchased there services and when I asked for a solution I left behind.Desired Settlement: I did file a claim through my bank" bank of America" and I got a temporary refund just for one package because I lost the receipt for the second package. The claim still open and we are waiting for the final decision. on the main time, I received frightened calls from their attorney yesterday asking me to drop the claim or they gonna take me to the court and sue me even for the attorney fees which is going to be over$4200. she also was very mean and rude with me, she told me that Im a thief!
