Throughout the inspection (3 1/2 hours) he took the time to explain positives and negatives of the home/systems and provided reasonable views without being judgemental. The inspection itself was detailed and the inspection report (65 pages including photos) confirmed what he had explained in person. Todd took great care within the home to ensure there was no damage. I would definitely use Todd again if I need a home inspection.
