I had the misfortune to need debt settlement services, and engaged a firm (NOT Weisberg & Meyers) to assist. Unfortunately that firm turned out to be unscrupulous and were prosecuted. I then found out about Weisberg & Meyers who were able to sort out the mess that the previous firm left us in, help me recoup some of the monies I paid them, and then represent my wife and I for just under fours years as we worked through debt settlement successfully.

On a few occasions during the process, we were harassed by various debt collectors. Each time, Weisberg & Meyers quickly and effectively stopped the harassment. They also did an excellent job of settling our debts fairly, and treating us with great respect through the entire process. I strongly recommend them.

TCLG and the former Weisberg and Meyers Attorneys for Consumers were awesome in settling my case and they both did what other attorneys didn't have the guts to do. And I didn't spend a penny! It took a while, but I left with the results I wanted! Thanks for all you do!

I have just had the pleasure of working with [redacted] & [redacted] for over a year due to a debt collections case. I honestly do not remember where or how I found them, but I am extremely happy I decided to work with the attorneys. My experience with this law office has been great. I have never been one to file any type of lawsuits for anything. But when you are targeted for a debt that doesnt belong to you, I didnt know what to do. I called the law office and explained my situation and they took it from there. On October 23, 2012, I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from [redacted] in New York. From day one, the car was not running right. After numerous times of bringing the car into [redacted]'s Service Department, the problems continued; the transmission was bad. I knew it, and I think they did too, but Ford wouldn't admit there were issues with the new vehicle they sold to me. Please note that this was the fourth vehicle that I purchased from the same dealership over the years. When I tried to discuss the Lemon Law qualifications with them, their response was, "We don't honor the Lemon Law!" By the end of March 2013, my car was in for service five times. With the exception of the service crew updating the computer system, I was told repeatedly that nothing was wrong with my car. I was at the end of my rope and did not know how I was going to rectify this situation.

At the beginning of April 2013, I began investigating the N.Y.S. Lemon Law on the internet. I found a website that outlined the specifics of the law and provided a toll free number to call for free advice. I called. [redacted], an attorney for consumers, and his entire staff were indeed the answer to my problems with Ford Motor Company. In short, they were absolutely AMAZING! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable in their field, they were also very fast in processing my case (File Number [redacted]). On September 6, 2013, I was victorious and signed off on the vehicle. [redacted] succeeded in getting the corporate office to payoff my loan in full, pay my attorney fees and issue me a refund check for $1,626.58. The entire process took only five months! I contacted Weisberg & Meyers close to 2 years ago when we were facing a lawsuit from one of our creditors (which came out of nowhere). They got to work immediately and were representing us in court within a week. That issue got settled quickly and in our favor. Since then they have negotiated with another creditor which was also highly in our favor. They are extremely professional, quick to respond to emails and phone calls.
