Review: I purchased Natures Defense Repellent from the local [redacted] on 2/8/2014 to deter skunks. There is a guarantee on the bottle that states "If you do not see any significant results and or improvements after using Natures Defense as directed, please return the unused portion or empty bottle along with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund." "Shipping costs and sales tax are non refundable." "Money back guarantee is not available on larger sizes or more than one 22 ounce bottle." I had no results, so I mailed back the unused portion on 2/21/14. I have a tracking number of [redacted]. I have not heard back from this company, I started calling early March, left messages, sent emails. One day I got a gentleman that claims he always answers the phone, and he would go right to the post office and pick this up. He took my number claimed he would call me back the next day haven't heard from him, called again no answers.Desired Settlement: I just want the refund promised if unsatisfied, I paid $14.97 for it plus tax, and that is what I would like to be reimbursed for as promised on the refund policy.
