Again, the customer was not promised anything more than she received from us Which is why she has nothing in writing to support her claims

To Whom It May Concern, Ms. *** purchased her vehicle from us in July 2014. She
contacted us recently alleging that we owe *** Auto Finance money on her behalf for damages to her vehcle and a disposition fee on her previous lease (which she did not lease from us).We looked though our paperwork and confirmed that we were only responsible for the remaining payments to *** Auto Finance for $which we paid on July 21, 2014. After reviewing the paperwork, we informed Ms*** that any additional charges, (beyond the ten payments we paid as part of her sales agreement), that she received from *** Auto Finance were her responsibility. I am rejecting this response because:As my initial complaint detailed, [redacted], sales representative, and [redacted], the sales manager at the time, both agreed that they would honor the deal which waived the disposition fee and damages.  I believe that someone misplaced the flyer in the shuffle of a high turnover of employees at the dealership or I was misled by the sales representatives/management in order to force me into a deal with no intention of honoring their word.  As I also stated before, I would not have traded in my car and made a purchase at Weisleder at all right now if it had not been for this deal to waive the fees. I now had to pay the unaccounted $936.46 out of pocket.  Weisleder cut a check to [redacted] for the 10 remaining lease payments; but they received the money back from [redacted] bank since I am financing that amount.  There was no out of pocket fees that were not replaced.  I have also attached a copy of the letter that I sent via email and certified mail to [redacted], owner, which received no response.  The letter includes a copy of the invoice as well as a call log detailing 3 weeks of trying to resolve the issue.  During this time, I also felt like I was just getting the run around in the hopes that I would go away.  I understand in the car buying business that you have to be your own advocate; but it's truly disgraceful that a business can get away with lying to a customer and washing their hands of the problem when it arises later because they have their money: signed, sealed, delivered.  As a customer who has never leased a vehicle before or traded one in, I trusted in Weisleder that they were providing me with the customer service that they boast so proudly about and that they were providing me with information that was true and beneficial to us both...only to be disappointed and betrayed.  I do not have a copy of the flyer because it was given to [redacted] (who was no longer employed by Weisleder the next day by no fault of my own).  However, this promotion is one that is given regularly in the industry so it is not something I could possibly be making up.  I would not be so adamant in finding a solution to this issue if I truly did not deserve a resolution.  Your further assistance to this matter is appreciated.

Attn: Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted]After reviewing the file once again, I stand on my original statement that according to Ms. [redacted]'s deal and the paperwork signed by both our representative and Ms. [redacted], we were to pay 10 payments of $269 each to [redacted] Auto Finance totaling $2690.00, which we did on July 21, 2014. As per her lease with [redacted] Auto Finance, Ms. [redacted] would be and is responsible for the condition of the vehicle at lease termination, as well as disposition fees as outlined in said document. Any fees owed by Ms. [redacted] under the terms of that lease are solely her responsibility. In no way did we, or would we, assume her obligations in regards to such. In fact, we have documents signed in multiple places by Ms. [redacted] stating very clearly that Weisleder Inc. was to pay off the payments totaling $2690.00. Nowhere on any of the paperwork between our two parties does it say that we would pick up her obligations under her lease beyond the $2690.00.We have all of the original paperwork and contracts and would be happy to provide these if requested. As per our above statements, we have no further obligations in this matter.

As I already stated, this deal was made verbally and agreed upon with a handshake before all documents were signed and before I was forced to change sales representatives mid deal completion.  For further clarification, I'm sure you can contact [redacted] who should remember the last deal he made at his short time at Weisleder.  You can also discuss with your current sales representative, [redacted] whom I was negotiating the same deal with promo when he was at [redacted] Mazda.  I went to [redacted] before coming to Weisleder and [redacted] definitely remembers who I am as he recognized me the last time I was at the dealership.  These two gentlemen are witnesses to what I was wishing to accomplish in purchasing my vehicle.

Review: My issue is a 2 part issue. I had contacted Weisleder Ford through [redacted]. I explained what I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted to be at. I have emails (multiple) saying- NOT A PROBLEM. I asked them to run my credit and have everything set up before I got there - again, I was told the credit was ran - I could pick any car on the lot for $550.00 a month. This days before I even went in to their dealership. I called PRIOR to going - asked - is everything ok - are we still at $550.00 a month. Was again confirmed - yep, just pick your car - your credit was fine. I get to the dealership - took 3 1/2 hours. The manager was RUDE and Unethical. He read my credit report (line by line) in the lobby, listed all my credit accounts and even yelled to the sales guy asking if this was mine and the last 4 digits of the SSN were [redacted] (he said the #'s out loud). I mentioned in front of other customers about a foreclosure that occurred 8 years prior. I as appalled and worried about identity theft as every one knows my private life now due to the [redacted] the sales manager. Finally we get in the finance office and no one said anything about any changes in the payments. I go to sign and realize the payments went from $550 to $585. (Still a good rate at 2.9% - so my credit is fine). The finance guy starts spewing off that I'm a liar, that I was never told a $550 payment (I have written emails proving this). He told me to sign the papers so they could leave. I refused, had my tag replaced on my trade and left. I called the GM the next day to discuss this situation. He said he was looking into it and would call me back - never called me back. Finally my husband spoke with the owner - no resolution - we got harassing emails from the GM laughing and telling us good luck and if I put anything on the web about them he will post my credit report and tell people I have a foreclosure on the record (this is in email from [redacted] the GM)Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is 2 parts... I requested that Mazda write a letter to all 3 credit bureaus retracting the inquiry and then provide me with credit monitoring for 12 months due to their sales manager broadcasting my private accounts to the entire staff and customers at Weisleder Mazda. This is all I request and no further contact or mocking emails or threats of publishing my credit report online for the world to see. I expect the dealership to lie as [redacted] (the general manager) has stated he would in an email to me. They had all my information weeks ahead, stated my credit was pulled, stated we were all good - I get there and they lied, humiliated me, went back on the written agreement, and broad casted my personal information to any one listening. I'm now a target for identity theft because of their unethical behavior. Please let me know if you would like me to forward the emails to you.

Thank you, [redacted]

Response:

The customer's complaint is full of off-based and false accusations. The customer did receive an online quote from our internet department and that deal NEVER changed. We never ran the customer's credit until they arrived at our dealership and they gave us permission to do so. Our records confirm that her credit was submitted only one time on the night that she was at the dealership and only that one time.It was clearly stated in the online quote that the numbers were subject to credit approval. Unfortunately, she did not qualify for the rate. We honored the deal that she was given 100%. The only thing that changed was the interest rate. The price of the new vehicle and the amount we offered on the trade did not change at all. The customer was unhappy with this and became verbally abusive at that time.Nobody ever discussed the customer's credit in the lobby and, nobody ever read any part of her social security number out loud. Nobody ever called the customer a liar.We have no intention of ever having further contact with this customer. Of course, we wanted to sell her a vehicle and gain nothing by losing the deal because of her credit situation. However, the customer was extremely rude and verbally abusive when we tried to explain the situation. We have an excellent record of outstanding customer service and integrity. It is a shame that this customer would throw out false accusations because they did not qualify for a particular interest rate. It is unfortunate that with the market the way it is that there are many foreclosures that have occurred. As we do sympathize with customers for this, we can not take responsibility or loss because of their actions they have brought upon themselves.

I am rejecting this response because: The information provided by this dealership is FALSE. I have multiple emails that will prove this. This is a very unethical dealership and I will NEVER recommend or use them again period. The situation is not how the dealership states it is. I have MULTIPLE emails from this dealership that proves they are incorrect in what they are saying. Please ask them to forward you the EMAIL that was originally sent to me with the Quote. Then I will forward you the emails provided to myself from [redacted] and [redacted]. I went to their dealership as iit was through the [redacted] - I figured they would be reputable and what I learned was it was the management was more buy here pay here used car salesman than actual Mazda trained salesman. Once [redacted] and myself agreed with a specific amount and the payment of $550 a month I had approved my credit to be pulled - 1 week PRIOR to visiting the dealership. I had advised [redacted] and [redacted] that I wanted everything completed, credit, etc PRIOR to me ever leaving for the dealership - Everything was confirmed Multiple times - in writing and verbally on the phone. I confirmed Monday during the day PRIOR to every going to the dealership that everything was fine- the credit was pulled - again, I was advised everything is fine- all I have to do is pick a color and sign the papers. I get there and wait for 3.5 hours just to have [redacted] the store manager call out all my personal information to his "buddy" in the store and how [redacted] was an f[redacted] It for agreeing to pay $23K for my car when he could have got it for a lot less (that was in reference to my trade). At this point I'm fuming mad that he would sit there and talk about me and have other customer's look around for who he is talking about... Then he confirmed my SSN with the finance manager who's office was across the building. We go in to the finance managers office at close to 9pm and the he has me start signing papers- I tell him I'm furious with the way my information was handled and if [redacted] wanted to discuss my personal life he should have asked me in an office and not yelled to his sales guy outside as now I am set up for identity theft because of his actions. The office manager shakes his head and says "[redacted] the manager, nothing I can do about it"... Then we get to the point where the numbers are off and I pointed that out and he said " I have no clue as I just got handed your account" [redacted] the sales guy I was working with had no clue how the changed either and seemed pretty irritated at [redacted] - which had me wait another 30 minutes before coming in and addressing the situation... When [redacted] came in first we discussed his actions of announcing my personal information to everyone - he responds "sorry about that I know your upset as I've already been told and I just talk really loud"... Uh, that's no excuse - then I ask why the numbers changed and he said he had no F[redacted] Clue and that the It manager that approved the deal wasn't there. At this point I'm fuming - not by the extra $30 but the attitude of this guy and the fact that he exposed my information to everyone so I advise [redacted] to put my tag back on my car because I refuse to deal with people like this.. I told [redacted] I could care less about the $30.00 even though it was a bait and switch situation but I refuse to do business with people that treats people the way [redacted] did and the fact that I'm now exposed to identity theft. I contacted [redacted] the next day - he is the General Manager and I'm assuming the person responding to your email. He seemed concerned and said he would call me by 1, never did. Then 3, never did, then 4, never did - 5:30 we call him again and he said that would not get him to pay for a credit monitoring service and good luck because if I gave him a bad review on any websites or reported him to the Revdex.com that he would post my credit report online for the world to see and tell everyone that I had a foreclosure 7-9 years ago. This was provided in emails from him - I told him I would have my attorney contact that he doesn't need to contact me any further and he responds " LOL - Good Luck with that you will never get nothing" When my husband called to speak with his boss - [redacted] did nothing but trash talk me not realizing that my husband was in the store with me when all this took place - when my husband pointed this out to him and told him to watch the way he spoke about me. I would like to see their "offer" that they "emailed me" and when it was emailed to me. I would like to compare it to my email, my offer and the emails that plainly state that everything was fine- credit is fine.. etc. Not to mention that when I was in the office [redacted] did approve me for a 2.9% finance for 72 months - which is the good going rate - so my credit couldn't have been too bad. They lied about the numbers to get me in the dealership - once I was in the dealership [redacted] was upset that [redacted] offered $23K for my Genesis and as he trash talked [redacted] in front of everyone he was bitter about the deal and decided to discuss [redacted] sale which was me with his other salesman there trying to trash talk [redacted] but in the process he exposed all my credit and personal information to everyone within ear shot of the showroom floor. When I called them out on it they went in to cover up mode and threatened to expose my entire credit report and information on the internet if I gave them a bad review (this is in writing from [redacted] - I have the emails). I'm not upset at all about not purchasing a car from them - I found out later that their price was much higher even with the [redacted] than other dealerships - So I lucked out there. However, since leaving that dealership we have already had a case of Fraud - Is it a direct cause from their shouting my information - I'm not sure by it's a strange coincidence. I have recently had fraud activities on my credit cards and a new account trying to be opened up in my name. I do not want them to honor their vehicle pricing that was quoted as I wouldn't purchase a car from this dealership and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone period. I would like to see the emails that they stated they sent to me with the quoted price. I would like to see this quote as I am 100% sure it either doesn't exist or it's false when compared to what I have received. Please let me know if you would like me to forward you the emails received from Weisleder Mazda and Mr. [redacted] the General Manager advising if I report this he will expose my credit report. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: On July 14, 2014, I traded in my leased 2012 Mazda 3 iTouring for a financed 2015 Mazda CX-5 Sport at the Weisleder Mazda dealership on Burnt Tavern Road in Brick, NJ. I presented [redacted], the sales representative, with a sales promotion flyer I had received from [redacted] Mazda, which is where I had leased my Mazda 3. It stated that if I purchased a new Mazda vehicle, the disposition fee would be waived. [redacted] and [redacted], the sales manager at the time, both agreed that they would honor this deal. I stated that [redacted] Auto Finance advised that I should have one of their people come to inspect the vehicle for any chargeable damages before trading it in; but I was assured that it did not matter since it was pretty much like Weisleder buying the vehicle from me. We agreed on a number, which included financing the remainder of my lease payments in the amount of $2,690, and I signed a sales order. On Monday July 14, 2014, I called Weisleder to speak to [redacted] since I was very excited to pick up my new car. I was told by the receptionist that [redacted] was no longer with Weisleder. I had to finish my deal with a different sales representative. Two months later, I received a bill for lease end fees which were not part of my original agreement. After speaking with [redacted] (general manager of Weisleder), [redacted] (sales manager at Weisleder), [redacted] (owner), [redacted] Auto Finance, and Mazda regarding this issue, I have been told there is nothing they can do. I would like to note that I would not have traded in my car if it had not been for this deal to waive the fees. I now had to pay the unaccounted $936.46 out of pocket. I believe that someone may have messed up in the shuffle of a high turnover of employees at the dealership or I was misled by the sales representatives/management and I am now paying for it.Desired Settlement: I would like for Weisleder to provide me with a check for $936.46 for the fees that I was told I would not be charged.

I was told by [redacted] and [redacted] that this offer would be honored and my purchase was 100% contingent on this promo being honored. There was no reason for me to turn in my vehicle at that time and purchase a vehicle from Weisleder. I still had miles left on my car and could have very well went an extra few months and had less monthly lease payments that I had to finance. The $936.46 that I am having to pay on the back end is worth about 4 months of lease payments alone. I am severely offended that I am being called a liar by the owner of this business. The statements that I am making "false claims" and that I was "not promised anything more than she received from us" are absolutely false. The manner that the company has taken care of this whole issue is completely unprofessional from the top down and that speaks volumes about Weisleder as a business. Current and future customers of this establishment should be aware of the lengths that this company will go to lie to your face to make a deal and then hit below the belt when they're called out. I am 100% not lying about my claim and I will never return to Weisleder to purchase a vehicle. I am still expecting a resolution to this claim.
