I am rejecting this response because: even though the company has agreed to refund my funds due to a forged signature they have yet to refund me and have not given me any solid timeframe of when that will occurAs far as I am concerned they have stolen over 10,from meThe owner also is treating me like I am unreasonable in my request for the funds to be returned ASAP or at the very least a solid plan on when I can expect it
We have been in direct communication with this customer almost every other dayWe have agreed to return their money late last week and now we are in process of returning itWe have also sent out an email today to the customer indicating we are processing their return payment

This customer is participating in the Made in MN program which has been cancelled by the state of MN, meaning after we finish our remaining MN made customers it will no longer be available. This has had a large negative impact on...
the solar panel manufacturers that were participating in the market. To date, there is only one participating within the program and will be making panels until it has provided panels for all the remaining customers in the program. We have been in constant contact with the manufacturer and the panels are finally becoming available for purchase after several months that they were not producing panels for the made in MN program. We have discussed with the CEO of that company and we will be beginning installations on these systems very soon.
