Iron Horse Welding LLC out of Glendale AZ does quality work, but you really need to stay on top of the company in order to get the job done I hired them to complete a roof on my hay barn, and I was given a fair priced quote on June ($2650, which I paid in-full and up-front), with a date of June for the work, with eight hours expected to complete it The job start was delayed multiple times by the owner of the company (had to help his neighbor, had trouble with his crew, miscalculated materials needed and had to return another day to complete the job), and the job was not completed until July (and I had to pay an additional $to get them to do it, or wait another week) They did excellent work, but again, I had to stay on top of the owner, Jose F*, repeatedly, to get the job done At one point, he got angry at me for pressing him to finish the job, and he hung up on me The workmanship and his crew were polite and professional, but I would not use them again

I Speak with "the customer" on Tuesday February 11 2014 and we agree on return 100% of the initial  down payment and then "the customer" ask for any way have his job done but we explain due to a Health Issues right now I have not way to perform his project soon so he told me that he is going to...

The job start was delayed multiple times by the owner of the company (had to help his neighbor, had trouble with his crew, miscalculated materials needed and had to return another day to complete the job), and the job was not completed until July 8 (and I had to pay an additional $300 to get them to do it, or wait another week). They did excellent work, but again, I had to stay on top of the owner, Jose F[redacted], repeatedly, to get the job done. At one point, he got angry at me for pressing him to finish the job, and he hung up on me. The workmanship and his crew were polite and professional, but I would not use them again.

The verbal agreement made on February 11, 2014 was Jose would refund my deposit the following week (2/17/14-2/12/14).   Following the refund we could reschedule the work when Jose was is a better position to perform the work.  He would perform the work at that time with no money down and full payment at completion of the work.   I have not received my refund nor has work been rescheduled.
