After reading reviews from the Revdex.com website about Big Ben Cleaning we decided to give them a try We sent a request for a quote from them and received an immediate reply they were also able to fit us in with carpet cleaning service quickly which surprised us as we were expecting to have to wait a couple of weeksThey were nice and not only gave us a time frame for their arrival, but they also called when they were on their wayThe service was through, efficient, ad amazing Adam and Miles were informative of their process, and quite efficient We were extremely pleased with the work, and information they provided We are planning to use them in the future, and have no qualms about referring others we know to use them

This is the second time I have used Big Ben(First for a move out clean, then for a spruce up of our current home.) Not only did they show up early, but called minutes before to let me know they were running AHEAD of scheduleThe cleaners where polite, professional, and efficientThey inquired after the nature of a few stains we had, treated appropriately, educated me on continued care, and finished in less than the estimated time
Even better, my carpets are spotless (which is quite the accomplishment with three little people in the house who had spilled all manner of foodstuffs on the floor)We will use them again and recommend them to others

Had Big Ben Cleaning come and clean our downstairs carpets. Larry and Miles kept me updated by phone on their arrival time, very good communication. Both are super personable and very professional. I have had other carpet cleaning companies and this is by far the best one, they know their stuff and are efficient. Prices are very reasonable as well. Will be having them back to do the upstairs in the near future.
We had Big Ben clean carpets in 2 of our places and as well do the furnace & duct cleaning and they were very professional and did an awesome job cleaning. They went above and beyond by sending us pictures along the way when we couldn't be there and gave us a multiple job discount! We will definitely use them again!

They went above and beyond in the job they had to do and actually called their bosses to see if they could do more than originally planned.

The crew at Big Ben Carpet Cleaning was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly (which was important for us as we own a gym and had to move equipment around in order to clean the carpets), and even had time to educate my staff on the processes they were using.
Weeks later, we are still receiving compliments on the look, smell and feel of the carpets.
Great Company to do Business with, they are on time and do a great cleaning job, very friendly and helpful staff. Will continue to use for all our carpet cleaning here at Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary.
Carpets & heating system cleaned by 2 very professional men from Big Ben. Booking the appointment, staff was extremely informative and friendly. Prior to scheduled appt we were notified of estimated time of arrival. While on route to our newly purchased home they offered a coffee pick up from Timmy's. How great is that since we had only been in our new home for 1 hour. Staff updated us on cleaning progress and we were informed of a possible gas leak. We notified gas company, problem corrected. Great job, quality second to none. Would hire these guys again and will recommend Big Ben to any one needing cleaning.
I will not hesitate to recommend Big Ben to anyone who is looking for a company who truly cares in the quality of their work and are meticulous at what they do.
