Review: [redacted], of Well Done Creative was contracted to build a website and be the ongoing webmaster for the [redacted]. The website was built and partially operational when unprovoked, abruptly and without prior notice [redacted] informed the [redacted] via e-mail severing the relationship with the [redacted] and stating that all work on the website had ceased and the website was to remain as is by Well Done Creative. This action had the immediate effect of placing [redacted] Clients/Members in limbo regarding membership registration and posting of business credentials on the VPA website...membership was paid via the website, but Well Done Creative failed to follow through regarding the website management and no one knows exactly what happened to the membership payments...members did not receive what they paid for. Well Done Creative was contacted immediately regarding this situation, but no one from Well Done Creative has responded to repeated attempts via phone or e-mail to reasonably and professionally address/solve this situation. In the e-mail severing all business ties, Well Done Creative did provide website codes and the name of a possible new webmaster, but the codes that were provided are not workable and the person recommended as a possible new webmaster has not responded to any contact. From the moment the [redacted] received the e-mail severing all ties, Well Done Creative ceased all contact and has refused to address all issues concerning the [redacted] website.Desired Settlement: The [redacted] wants an active/workable website.
