The vent cover sold was not x Vent cover was x something other than a inchTherefore business needs to give me my money back including shipping both ways
This company has been and continues to be very combativeI have gone ahead and ordered another x vent cover from another company and the item fit perfectly as it should have with this company
I feel this company is purchasing inferior products from overseas for a very low cost and dumping them on the American market even though the sizes are not in any way meant to fit vent sizes
Also Amazon has NOT removed my feedback nor will theyThey have told me this since my feedback was very appropriate
I stronly suggest this company begin to help in this matter instead of hindering us from getting our money back for a product that was sold to us wrongly

Details are clearly listed for a duct size opening of 4" x 10" NOT the opening of this vent is 4" x 1/2"In order for the vent to fit a duct of 4" x 10" the vent needs to be a little smallerThese vents are usually ordered by contractors, end users like her do not understand the ordering processThat is why we list all the details she needs

The return policy for WELLAND Industries was not clearly posted and identifiable on the web page for this item on [redacted].com. If I had seen this information when I originally placed the order, I would have accepted the original $11.00 refund. I was not aware that I would not receive a full refund nor that there was a restocking fee on an item I ordered but could not use once received. The item was not what I thought it was. That was my mistake. I do appreciate the refund of the $8.00 restocking fee. Their return and refund policy needs to be made more accessible on [redacted].com's website. That is why I am rejecting the response from the business. [redacted].com has refunded me the $9.23 for shipping and handling. I have now received a full refund for this item. The customer placed an order with us. We used UPS to ship it. UPS does not ship for free, they charged us and we charged her. After she got the item she ordered, she changed her mind and returned it to us. We gave her a refund for the item returned. However, the UPS fee we incurred is not refundable. The item she returned is. We even waive the $8.00 restocking fee. Here is our return policy that is on the [redacted].
RETURNS: 
We cannot issue Call Tags for items received due to your error in ordering or that you do not like merchandise upon receipt.  These items will be accepted for return at your expense.  Please pack returned items carefully within another carton (where applicable) to avoid damage during the return. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and received by us in a salable condition to be eligible for credit and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  An $8.00 per order restocking fee will be charged for returned items and shipping charges will not be refunded.  Unacceptable returns will be returned at your expense or destroyed.

Review: Through [redacted].com, I ordered a set of Gallery Solutions Black Block Party Decorative Wall Cubes, 3-Piece on 12/02/2015. The total price for the cubes is $19.00, with a shipping and handling charge of $9.23, for a total of $28.23. I ordered this item by mistake. I thought the cubes were risers for a collectible display; but, they were actually cubes to hang on the wall. I could not use them and requested to return the item. I received permission to return the item. I returned the item on 12/09/2015 through the USPS. The returned package was received by Welland Industries, LLC. on 12/12/2015. I was not aware of Welland's return policy if the item was no longer wanted. Much to my surprise, I was only refunded $11.00 instead of $28.23. Welland withheld $8.00 for a restocking fee and refused to refund the shipping fee of $9.23. I have filed 2 [redacted] A-to Z Guarantee complaints with [redacted]. Their system would not allow me to submit a 3rd request. Welland, as a courtesy, did refund the $8.00 restocking fee; but, again refused to refund the $9.23 shipping and handling fee. I have emailed Welland again and also contacted [redacted].com for a resolution to this issue. Welland refuses to refund the shipping and handling charge of 9.23. Yet, if I had returned this item as being defective, I would have received a full refund of $28.23 with no questions asked. All I am asking for is the refund of $9.23. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $9.23 so I will have a full refund for the returned item I couldn't use. I was told by [redacted], the Welland Industries, LLC. representative, if I had ordered through [redacted] Prime and requested a return, I would have been reimbursed the shipping and handling fee of $9.23. This is all that I am asking for so I will have a full refund for this item. Thank you

Review: Item sold to me is not even close to what I was suppose to receive. I purchased a 4 x 10 red oak vent cover but received a 9 1/2 x almost 4 inch vent cover. In other words these people have to know that they are selling the wrong sized items yet when called they refuse to issue a return slip and or refund my shipping expenses to get this item back to them. They also stated this item was my fault and is completely the correct size item. Being a contractor's wife and having purchases a few vent covers in my day, it is clear this company is attemping to sell the consumer falsely labeled items. I am reporting them for falsely advertising a wrong product and then not standing behind their product. Their ad on Amazon states in big bold lettering: Welland 4 Inch x 10 Inch Red Oak Hardwood Vent Floor Register Flush Mount Unfinished. This was not the product I received.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for this product and all of my shipping returned coming and going. Thank you. [redacted]

Hello,

This customer already complained to Amazon and was told she ordered wrong and she would need to return it to us due to her order error. She filed negative feedback, Amazon removed it as well. We have a 30 day return policy, she has until Dec. 4th to return it. We shipped her what was sold on Amazon.
