The location is great and the facility is fine despite a little bit outdated. However, the service is terrible and the staffs are amazingly unresponsive after signing you as a tenant. The leasing office is completely mismanaged and they care nothing but ripping you off. Do yourself a favor by staying away from Wellesley Terrace.
