I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.No, I have never received any call tags to pick up the merchandise that I was scammed on for shipping the wrong product by [redacted]. I have not threaten anyone, I told them what I was going to do to help others not be scammed which I am doing trying to educate people to be careful using a company that has scammed me by shipping the wrong product when they knew they did it. I have not received any refund of any kind. I been offered to buy more product at a higher price. There has never been 1 email or fax that I know of with any fright company wanting to pick up bad product.This [redacted] person seems to talk a lot and must be like [redacted], lies and scams people. Same problem here. They keep calling my store also. I ask to be placed on there do not call list every time they call. The last time I was told they don't have one.

This company has been calling my business DAILY (sometimes multiple times) for FOUR YEARS, despite being asked to be taken off the call list EVERY TIME. The employees hang up every time you ask for a supervisor. Today I called the number on caller ID back, and immediately requested a manager. The man (stated name of "John") said he was a manager and I explained I have been repeatedly attempting to be taken off the call list, to no avail. He denied any employee had ever hung up on me and that "all I needed to do was talk to a manager" (I informed him every time I had asked I had been hung up on, he ignored me). I provided him both of my business phone numbers and again asked to be taken off the call list.

These guys constantly called, sent over sales reps, and basically harassed me for months, I had to ask 3+ times to remove me from their contacts, and to stop calling. I deal with hundreds of vendors & have never had an issue like this. Just like the previous review, I talked to a different person every time. Phone rep was rude and immature, stating we will send all business to my competitors.

Wellgenix continues to call my place of business on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times per day. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop calling. I have a list all ready to report for harassment.

We sent out a [redacted] call tag to pick up the product.  He emailed me today and said they came today but he told them to come back tomorrow.  I sent a check last Wednesday he says he hasn't received it.  If he doesn't get it today I will stop payment and send another check over night with delivery confirmation requested.Thank you[redacted]

I cannot get this company to stop calling us with sales calls. At least once a day they contact our small business trying to sell this or that. I have told four different representatives to stop calling us (we are on the National Do Not Call List). Yet we continue to receive calls. When I try to contact them, I get nothing but voicemail and an inoperable phone system.
