I've attempted to contact this company on several occasionsI even submitted an application and paid the fee they asked for to be approved for one of the homes I was looking intoIt's been weeks and not a return e-mail, call, or anything, I have tried to call them and no answers or voicemail set up to find out what's going onI checked their webpage and the places I've inquired about are all goneI understand it's tax time but if you're gonna run a realtor business then you should contact people back when they inquire about property
Company's response below:
Mr*** *** signed a month lease with our company on 1/04/As stated in the lease you are financially responsible for the full amount owed during that
month periodAlso as stated in the lease if you are to vacant the property before your month lease expires you forfeit the security deposit on said propertyWe also have the rights to counter claim the tenant to *** *** *** for the remaining months not paid after the tenant abandons lease contractMr*** paid his rent early for the month of Sept, but vacated the home at the end of August without any noticeThis was not only an early termination of the lease, but a violation of the month contractWe however kindly did not seek any further actions for the remaining months not fulfilled as we would normally do in this circumstance.
