I am rejecting this response because: Avery Ortho agreed to zero our account balance and sent me an email with confirmation This situation is resolved.There was nothing slanderous about the reviews I posted online I simply stated the facts and explained the unethical treatment we received from the Billing department at Avery Ortho I have every right as a consumer to inform others about any negative or positive experiences I have with businesses

We were not collecting anything extraWe were only asking for the original agreed upon amount to be paid according to the above contractWe did our part in filing the insurance on their behalfWe even reached out to the parent when the insurance company needed additional information that we were
unable to provideOn December 14, per documented notes, we spoke to the patient's mom regarding the missing informationThe claim eventually was processed after the mom's information was receivedThe patient's treatment was complete when we received confirmation that the insurance benefit was not going to be availableInsurance was contacted again on September 17, to confirm that no benefits would be paidWe reached out to the parent to discuss the balance and to make payment arrangementsPatient's father refused to discuss payment arrangements and stated that he would only pay $or nothing at allWe explained that we would be happy to make payment arrangements; however, the full balance due would still be expected to be receivedThe patient's father became irate and posted slanderous comments on social mediaHe then offered to remove the slanderous comments only if we waived the entire balanceProof of a zero balance had to be providedIn closing, the balance due was an unpaid insurance balance that patient refused to payServices and account have been discontinued and/or closedAvery Orthodontics
