Wellness Spa on 5th Ave

[redacted] came in for a colonic session on Sept 5th, 2017.  She complained of  severe constipation.  She left the session pleased and without complaints.  Seven days later she called to begin complaining she was bleeding and experiencing pain.  She told me...

she had gone seven days without a bowel movement and finally had one.That is when she said the bleeding began.She also told me she had seen her physician on Sept. 14, 2017 in the morning, whom she said "did not look at her hemorrhoids".I sent her a letter on Sept. 16 requesting documentation from her physician.  She left a voice mail on Tuesday, Sept. 19, totally indignant I would request such documentation.   It is our policy, as was explained  to M[redacted], to not proceed any further without documentation, which she has refused to provide.  She is now stating in the Revdex.com complaint she was unable to see her physician, which is a direct contradiction of what she related to me.   She has since left several phone messages, threatening action and demanding a return of her money.We are still awaiting documentation to resolve this matter. [redacted]
