My first Philadelphia Flyers game ever and the Wells Fargo Center managed to make it a night I wish I could forget. First off we left at 4 pm on 9/27 to go the game at 7. Well it figures the Ed Sheeran Concert was also happening at the same time. It took us 3 hours to finally get to the first entrance gate. The guy letting everyone in waited until we finally moved through traffic and pulled in to say NO MORE CASH PARKING NEXT GATE. Now it was already 8 and by the time we got to the next gate it was 8:20. Parking no where to be foun and when we finally found a spot a woman refused to stop standing in the spot and when we asked why she said “because we’re in the middle of something, not moving”. We approached security about it and they sent us to the gate where the ticket people were too busy to help us. We didn’t find parking until 9:17. We walked into 3rd quarter with 17 minutes left. With people in our seats and a gentleman screaming obsenities behind the other teams goalie and about 10 minutes later they escorted him out and the manager only apologized to the front left row. I have never experienced a venue this size run their whole business so poorly. It’s really unfortunate the first date night my husband and I have had without our two year old left us completely disappointed and feeling like we wasted way too much money between a baby sitter and tickets. Thanks a ton Wells Fargo.

I am very upset with the way the employees handled a situation last night at the comedy show for Sebastian Maniscalco. Myself, my husband and friend attempted to go in to the event late because my friend had work and had to arrive later. The rude employee (wish I got names) told us we could no longer enter. My friend had asked to speak to the manager and then we were told by her that the show was almost done and had only about “10 minutes left.” Then my friend asked if we could still go in. They finally let us in. We were under the impression that he had opening acts and his show would go on until at least 1030. It was 920pm. Sure enough they lied and show did go on until then. We were able to see an hour of the show. I would like a refund for the way we were treated and for almost not letting us in unless my friend spoke up.

We called as soon as the letter from Revdex.com arrived at our office.  Customer did not return message left.  We tried to assist.

Calls to customer were not returned.  Event occurred.  Never heard back.  Case closed? 1/8

Review: On 4/12/2013 I purchased 3 "Gold Hot Seat" packages from Wells Fargo Center / [redacted] Tix for the June18, 2013 Rolling Stones concert at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. The total price was for 3 "premium" seats to the concert - itemized total $1,989.00 - as well as for 3 VIP souvenir packages - itemized total $1,611.00 - for a grand total of $3,611.50 (including delivery and order charges). I am, however disputing the whole charge because there were problems with both the seats we were given to the show as well as the souvenir packages we ended up receiving.

Problem # 1:

When we arrived at our seats on the night of the concert (Lower Level Section # 101, Row # 3, Seat #'s 7,8, & 9) we noticed that the row directly in front of us (Row # 2) was made up of a line of temporary folding chairs attached to each other side by side but unsecured to the floor. When the concert started, someone walking by fell into that row, which consequently caused all of these folding chairs to tilt backwards simultaneously and into where we were sitting - rendering it impossible to sit in our seats. I notified the security in the area, but it was dark and loud, and they were consumed with crowd control because the concert was sold out. Me and some of the other patrons in row # 3 tried to fix the problem, but it was too difficult so we ended up standing for the entirety of the show (approximately 3 hrs). Since we paid a premium of over $600.00 for each of these seats I feel that the poor set up of seats in the so called "VIP Section" was negligent on the part of the Wells Fargo Center and - since I was not informed that the row directly in front of us could possibly end up in our laps and prevent us from sitting in our premium seats and/or fully enjoying the concert - I feel I deserve a full refund for this part of the purchase.

Problem # 2:

The collectible souvenirs we were promised did not arrive until approximately 10 days after the concert was performed. Since the description of these items was very vague, I contacted SLO Tix - who were in charge of shipping them to us - a few days after the concert to inquire as to why it was taking so long to receive these collectibles, as well as to find out what they were exactly. the customer service rep I spoke with - Rob - said he was "unable to disclose that information" but assured me I would be happy with the packages when I finally did receive them (which was approximately 2 weeks after we attended the concert). When they finally did arrive, each package contained the following: a thin picture book / program, a replica VIP backstage pass, a tote bag, and a small throw blanket. I proceeded to go on the Rolling Stone's official website and I saw the exact same replica backstage pass being sold for $10.00/each, and the same tote bag being sold for $20.00/each - Which means that - at an itemized price of $597.00/package - we were being charged a somewhere in the vicinity of $567.00/each for the remaining souvenirs (the small throw blanket and thin program book). I believe the "VIP Gold Amenities" advertised as part of this package is a gross misrepresentation of what was subsequently sent to me and is also fraudulent, and I intend to contact the appropriate government agency in PA to report it as soon as I complete this complaint process. Therefore, because of the reasons stated above, I would like a full refund for this part of the purchase also.

(* Please note that I have pictures of both the seats at the concert, as well as the souvenir items, and will forward them to you if need be *).Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of this purchase - $3,611.50. In the interest of full disclosure I want to state that I have already initiated a dispute through the credit card company that I made the purchase with, was issued a temporary credit of this purchase, and now I am awaiting a final determination in this matter.

Review: I attended a concert at the Wells Fargo center on Halloween night. There is a smoking policy which states "Smoking is permitted in [redacted]'s Back Room and The Cigar Bar. Patrons who wish to smoke outside may exit the building by Section 104-105 and Section 116-117. Those who do so must receive a re-entry pass from an usher." In the section I was sitting in with my girlfriend, there was smoking and a lot of it (Cigars, weed, cigarettes). I spoke to the usher because my girlfriend has asthma and was having a hard time area all the smoke. She told me to go speak to guest service to get my seat moved. I spoke the a man at hurt services and he said he can't stop anyone from smoking up there even though it is not allowed. I offered to buy new tickets to just love somewhere else I was still told I could not do that. Due to my girlfriends asthma , we had to leave before the concert even started. I have been trying to contact someone to get a refund and I was told I should have spoke to someone at the concert. I actually did speak to 2 people, they said they are not the people who make those decisions. I was even told to go to the box office, which was closed so I am not sure why I was told to go there. This is bad that a big company such as this will allow illegal activity to take place in their establishment and not help the people who are not destroying the company/brand and actually trying to enjoy themselves.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money spent for that concert and parking. I do not think it's fair I had to leave because of illegal activity that could have been stopped or I could have even been moved. Because of the decision made last night not to move me and my girlfriend I had to leave so I could take her to go get treatments done for her asthma.

Watch out... Monthly service fee in checking account ppl.
They have policy to prevent to pay monthly fee, but one of Wells fargo banker explained to me, I can avoid to pay fee to automatic transfer $25 every month checking to saving account. That's fake. That's only for saving, not a checking.
Ok, I got a monthly fee $10 and discuss with one of telephone repressive, and asked
to fee back. They kept saying to me, they can give me only 25% back. That's Joke, again. Nobody gave me 2.50 back in bank account. (on Oct 13)
So, I put my money to bank account right after phone call.($2,500) she explains to me, If I put the money in, I don't necessary to worry paying fee again.
On Nov 6, Amazingly, I got the monthly fee again. And they said a couple of days I didn't maintain the higher balance.
The bank is just want to some fee, they don't care the customer at all. They explain wrong way to, all the time.
Hope someone will learn from my horrible experience.
P.s: eventually they give 2.50 back, now... which makes me totally upset.
I put my money in the bank, worry about losing money all the time. Its better to have cash in my wallet.

Review: 3/2/13 At the philadelphia flyers game around 11:00 am I had purchased 3 tickets for $301,$100 dollar each in the box office of the stadium for the game I wanted to upgrade them for club seats but I was not allowed ,the tickets I had bought earlier at the box office Only worth 20 dollar each . I went to complain at the office, we asked to check the cameras because the woman had not given us a receipt for our payment and they supposedly did not have cameras at the register. She was also very suspicious and she took a long time to make our transaction. We found out by their management the cashier made the transaction for 4 tickets worth $20 each with military and student discounts which came to a total of $80.00 with taxes. we had call the police to file a complaint,we still have not gotten any of the money nor did they replace our tickets.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back Or tickets to another gameI spent almost 2/3rds of the game trying to solve the issue.

Review: On Sunday November 10th Myself, my wife, Sister-in-law and her boyfriend all attended the Justin Timberlake 20/20 Experience Concert at the Wells Fargo Center. We went into this experience believing that we were going to see and be a part of one of the best performances of out life! Unfortunately events on that night detracted from that experience and made an amazing performance nothing more than lack luster and hard to enjoy.

The first detraction of the whole experience started online when purchasing the very expensive floor seats we got. The poorly designed website crashed while we had Front and Center floor seats in our cart for the concert which would have proven to be a fix for all the issues we experienced last night. Fortunately, or actually unfortunately as it turned out for us, we were still able to get floor seats a lot farther back.

After that poor experience buying the tickets we were ready to still have fun and make the most of the concert and what we thought were good seats. We got to the arena and to our seats and started talking about what songs Justin was going to perform and how good of a performer he is with some other great fans around us. At one point one of the other fans asked us if we were going to see Kanye West this Saturday at the Wells Fargo Center. Kanye is actually one of our favorite artists and none of us had ever had the chance to see him live in concert. We all made a fast decision that we really wanted to see Kanye as well so before the opening act started we went to the box office and inquired about tickets. After talking to a very nice ticket agent we spent over $400 and bought 4 tickets to Kanye West's Yeezus concert this Saturday as well! We were all very excited at this point and could not wait for the concert to start.

As the concert began and people were filling into the seats we were joined in our row by a few other die hard Justin Timberlake fans who also endured with us this horrible experience. At the beginning of Justin's first set we noticed a young lady obviously heavily intoxicated take her place in the row ahead of us. We did not think anything of it as people like to enjoy these events with alcoholic beverages. During the start of set she started dancing in the aisle. We tried not to let that distract us but she continually used profanity and was swaying heavily back and forth pushing into people in our row and the rows around us.

She was addressed no less that 5 times by the security staff for different reasons. The staff continually did not reprimand her for her behavior at all and lost control of the situation. She was running down the aisle toward the stage and continually still knocking into people in ours and other rows around us. We complained about the situation but to no avail she was allowed to continue this unacceptable behavior. She should have been kicked out of the arena when the security officers saw how visibly intoxicated she was.

As the second set started she proceeded to throw up on herself and I believe possibly on the couple in front of her although I am unsure of the details of that. Obviously anyone under this level of intoxication should not be allowed to ruin others concert experiences. Finally she removed herself and went to the bathroom and thankfully for us did not come back. After ruining over half the concert for us we were hopeful we'd be able to enjoy the rest without her ridiculous distractions. About the time she left Justin's stage started to lift up and move backwards toward the other end of the arena. We thought this would be great for us because we'd also finally be able to actually see Justin a little closer.

Once the stage had started to move, we noticed some people standing on their chairs. Besides this being a very serious fall risk and liability for not only the Wells Fargo Center but for us as fans in the line of fire watching the show. We were absolutely unable to see Justin at all. We actually at one point had to catch a girl that almost fell. We let the security staff know this was detracting from our experience having to worry about a fan falling backwards onto us and not being able to see at all. My sister-in-law's boyfriend is 6' 5" and could barely see over the people standing on chairs. It is ridiculous for this to be allowed to go on during a concert. I have seen other concerts such as Taylor Swift at the Wells Fargo Center and there was never allowed to go on.

We spend over $800 on floor seat tickets and over $120 on concessions at this concert that we can not get back. The worst part to me was that the staff at the Wells Fargo Center managed to find a way to make one of the best entertainers of our generation look bad because of the way they handled these situations. We should have been treated like VIP spending that much on this concert but we were not in the least. We actually at one point in our duress and dissatisfaction of the way the situations were being handled tried to upgrade our tickets to the VIP section with Standing Room Only but were told that we could not do so because we had spent the same amount on our tickets. Nobody at the Wells Fargo Center that night cared that we had a horrible experience.

Now we are also stuck with a dilemma because of the Kanye West tickets. We spent a lot of money on those tickets as well and we do not feel as though we will have a good experience. I have never had such a poor experience in my life at a concert and do not want to have another poor experience at the first time I get to see Kanye in concert.Desired Settlement: I would first and foremost like an apology from a representative at the Wells Fargo Center about the situation to my wife and sister-in-law. I am able to handle something like this but they were devastated at having such a poor experience at their first Justin concert.

I would secondly like the Wells Fargo Center to do something to reimburse us for the Justin Timberlake tickets as well as refund us for the Kanye West tickets unless they are willing to work with us and figure out a solution for us to be able to enjoy ourselves at the Kanye West concert and possibly a future concert. If there is some sort of VIP treatment we would like that so that we do not have to deal with situations like this otherwise we do not want to have to endure another concert at the Wells Fargo Center.

Thirdly I would like Wells Fargo to look at certain procedures so that not only us but others don't have a bad experience at a concert. I would hate to hear from someone else we are friends with that they had a bad experience because people were not doing their jobs or were not doing them to the best of their ability and allowing things like this to go on.

I am filing this complaint because I truly do care about my hometown and the Arena where I have had some of the best times of my life! If I didn't know that Wells Fargo Center could do a better job I would think that this was par for the course. Imagine if this was someone else's first concert and they had an experience like we did. They probably would not want to ever come back and that is not the type of service and experience we've come to expect from the Wells Fargo Center!

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Review: Back in July 2014, I purchased tickets for the [redacted] concert at Wells Fargo Center for October 18th.

My boyfriend, [redacted] and I, received our receipt for paying for parking at 4:41pm the day of the concert.

We entered the arena around 7pm. Our tickets were scanned and we were directed to Club box **.

We entered the club box, found our seats and ordered drinks from the bar.

We got back to our seats and realized we forgot both of our cell phones.

We asked a couple at the end of the row to watch our drinks as we would be right back.

We got our hands stamped to leave the club box and took the escalator downstairs.

I approached the first Wells Fargo employee that I saw and asked about going outside to get my cell phone.

He told me I would have to find a supervisor but refused to help me find one.

[redacted] and I headed around the corner to a couple men in blue shirts.

They told us they could not help us and directed us to the 2 men sitting at a table located inside the entrance.

They then directed us to the guys STANDING by the front door.

They then said we had to talk to a supervisor, who willingly lead us to a supervisor.

They walk us directly up to Carmen, who was the very first person I approached and said he is a supervisor.

He had a terrible attitude and was highly upset to see us again.

I asked him if we could please go outside and get my cell phone.

He than very rudely asked if we had tickets to this concert.

I showed him my wrist for leaving the club box and also showed him my tickets.

He snatched them from my hands and asked [redacted] and I if we had read the fine print?

I explained to him no we did not. All we want is the cell phone from my vehicle.

He rudely asked "What do you need your cell phone for?"

I said "my kids are with a sitter and I would like my camera"

He, again rudely, said "Why would you leave your kids with someone you have to call?"

I said nothing. I was staring at him in disbelief.

He said "we only let one person leave at a time"

At this point, [redacted] offered to go to the car and get my cell phone.

Carmen, who is still holding MY tickets, says "you are obvoiusly drunk and I am banning you from this concert."

I said, "Can we forget the cell phone and we can go BACK to our seats?"

Carmen said "If you turn and walk that way I will have you arrested."

There are several issues here.

1. He embarrassed me in front of hundreds of people.

2. He harrassed me about reasons for wanting my cell phone.

3. He said one person could go outside and then decided to ban us from the concert.

4. He belittled my character by calling me "obviously drunk"

There are several cameras in that arena. They will show [redacted] and I hunting the place for clearence to go get our cell phone.

They will see me calmly talking to Carmen and not acting out in any way.

We spoke to several cops and security guards about this situation.

Unfortunately, no one could help us. Philadelphia police stated that anything happening INSIDE the Wells Fargo Center is out of their jurisdiction.

NOT ONE person that we talked to regarding this situation suggested EITHER of us were drunk.

One cop apologized to me for this mans behavior and wished there was something he could do to help me.

We were told we could buy 2 more tickets and watch the show that way. I absolutely refused to do that because Carmen standing inside the building was holding my almost $400 worth of tickets in his hand. And banned me for no reason.

I want an apology from Carmen. And I want reimbursed for my tickets and the parking to see this concert.

WE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG but ask to get our cell phone.

This is not something I am willing to let go of.

I will take this whole thing to court.

I have [redacted] as my witness who tried to help me make sense of Carmen's actions.

There is no justification to what he said to me or what he did to us.

None at all.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for my tickets. (I have the receipt)

I want my money back for parking. (I have the receipt)

And I want to make sure Carmen does not do this to anyone ever again.
