Review: I placed an order online with erubbermaid.com, run by Wellspring Ecommerce LLC, on 12/30/14 to be shipped to [redacted]. [redacted]. Below is the text of the email confirmation I received (minus the name/address/cc info). Since that time, there has been no further communication from them. I have emailed them numerous times, both via their website form and direct to the email listed in the confirmation email. I have left numerous voicemail messages at their phone number. On 1/22/15, I was able to reach a person ([redacted]) via their live chat. [redacted] promised to email me with the status of my order and I have heard nothing since. I have tried numerous times to reconnect with someone via the live chat since then, but it never goes through. We provided credit card information, but as of today, the credit card has not been charged. I want to cancel the order completely.

Review: I placed an online order on September 5, 2012 at 3:52pm and used a credit card, in which they have already received payment. I have yet to receive the product...when I contacted them ([redacted] was the customer service specialist), I was told that they tried shipping it, but UPS would not deliver to our building (which I found hard to believe since we receive UPS packages everyday). He informed me that he would resend the items on Oct. 10 or Oct. 11 depending if he was able to get it out before their shipping deadline. I asked him to send me a tracking number, but never received it. I called back again on November 13 asking for either a refund or the products I ordered. [redacted] could not give me an explanation as to why the shipment did not go out, but that he would have it shipped from the San Antonio warehouse on 11/13/12 and would call me with the tracking number. On November 14, he sent me an email stating he wasn't sure what was going on and didn't know why the warehouse personnel did not ship the product. He also said he should have the UPS tracking information by the next day...I have not heard from him since. Every time I call or email, I get a run-around answer and no new information.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the products we ordered since our lab really needs them, but if they cannot fulfill their end of the deal, I would like a refund on the credit card charge.

Review: We placed an online order with eRubbermaid.com on 4/1/13 and have left several messages at their toll free number, sent 2 emails, and tried their chat service and still 2 weeks later we have not heard anything back with regards to our order.

When the order was placed, the items per their website were to be shipped out in 2 days or so.Desired Settlement: Since no merchandise has been received, we'd lke the full amount of $280.44 to be refunded to our credit card

I called explaining this to ERubbermaid web site customer service. I was told I would have a RMA in 2-3 days and would be charger 10% restock fee. I contacted them probably 10 times by phone, e-mail, and was never called back, and LIED to numerous times. I have done business on-line for years and have never had this type of problem. They basically need to post on their site NO RETURNS, because they will not call you back when you have a problem, or will ignore you.Desired Settlement: I have had to take off work to make phone calls regarding this problem and it has cost me money trying to resolve. I have chat logs and phone bills logging my attempts. I want a pre paid shipping label to send the item back to the originating warehouse, and my credit card refunded $55.06; 10% restocking fee paid out of my refund because I do admit I made the mistake.

Review: I purchased a utility cart online through their website erubbermaid.com. They have charged my credit card and the order still shows "pending". I have attempted to contact them via phone, which automatically goes to voicemail. I have left messages with no return call. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I do not believe this company exists.Desired Settlement: Refund credit card

Review: I had placed an order from Erubbermaid on November 20, 2014 online and purchased with my credit card. I have still yet to receive my order and cannot get in contact with anyone from this company. I have called the number listed on their website and emailed numerous times. This company has charged my credit card and will not give me my product or refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my entire payment refunded back onto my credit card.
