We must first learn how to treat a customer pleaseThe customer is never wrongAlways rightUnless they are a scammer / abuser of the honor system.The reason the comment was changed (not that the Revdex.com cares) was because you guys did come through and make the situation rightSo a negative comment was taken down and changed to a positive! I'm happy about that and you should be too! I don't know any business that gets flustered over positive! I can change it back if you want me too? I figured I would change the comment asap since it was handled and I stick by my word and help the reviews? We do understand your complaint. Our office closes with our receptionist at 5pm, after hours we have an answering service answer calls to help with making reservations. They are a national company and not very proficient with other directions and needs, sorry to say. There has been
a massive amount of construction and renovation occuring at *** *** and they have moved our pick up location, so it is not as easy to find. We are sorry for the confusion and for the drivers short conversation. He was trying to stick to his time schedule, which we are grateful for, however, it is a tough balance between helping customers find the area, when we have a vehicle full of individuals who are waiting and found it on time, using their confirmation email map and our online maps as well. We do feel we would like to make this right, so I already approved a check for the other amount. We hope in the future, we will have the opportunity to make your experience much better!Thank you

We at Wenatchee Valley Shuttle are grateful to transport so many quality, good people in our community.  We always worry about the comfort of the 10, even at the sacrifice of the one.  In this case, my driver called me when arriving at the airport saying how a gentleman was being...

obnoxious, loud, and somewhat offensive to him and other passengers.  He stated the gentleman probably missed his flight out of Seatac as well.  The gentleman then called me the next morning saying how it was our fault he missed the flight, even though our website states in several places that we do not guarantee any arrival or departure times.  With transportation there are too many factors like weather, traffic and vehicle mishaps beyond our control.  The gentleman then proceeded to tell me his flight leaving Sea-Tac airport was for6:35 pm.  When our shuttle doesn't arrive until 6:00-6:15 pm daily, in normal conditions, let alone in the winter.  He never could have made a flight departure out of Seatac airport in 20 minutes under any circumstance. The real concern with this gentleman was his behavior making other passengers and our driver very uncomfortable.  Our driver tried to comment and curb some of the discussion without embarrassing or calling the guy out and offending him in front of all the other passengers.  We have since been retraining our drivers on pulling passengers aside when needed at our restroom break half way to give warnings when behavior needs called into check.  The gentleman on the phone said, since he missed his flight (even though he would have under any circumstance), he wanted a free ride back to Wenatchee.  Even though it was not OUR FAULT that he did not book a flight with more time lapse in between I DID APPROVE a FREE trip back to Wenatchee that day.  I also had given him a free ride TO the airport, which is much more than he deserved from every aspect.  This is why we feel this entire complaint is absurd.  He has received a free round trip ride.  He said he did not have any money to return and we were trying to be more than fair and help.  Another interesting point was that after this free ride, he posted a terrible review online, then the next day deleted it, then the next day put up a positive review, raging how terrific everything was. The gentleman's desired settlement was one free ride and we gave him two. Review: scammed me for a ride that was 50 minutes late to the airport bcs the driver forgot to picksomeone up. I told the driver I wouldnt say anything bcs I didnt want it to come out of his check or something crazy. after spending 3 hours on the phone with frontier and united begging them to wave change fees I slept in the airport last night only to call the shuttle service and have them chew me out! all I was seeking was a simple ride credit due to driver error instead they tried to blame me for talking about christmas lights and traveling the world with an old lady!!!! They kept claiming we love our customers on the phone w me too well if that was true give me the credit hushhush and ethically instead of me having to type up all these negative reviews! this kind of stuff should be easy for a small company which is why I take them. instead im the bad guy as the customer that my christmas light chatter made him miss his pickup. give me a break wvs.... look into there parent company and you will see how shady the rabbit hole goes. its a damn shame if the driver makes up stories and cant speak up for himself. they tried to say all the passengers rported me? well I guess it wasnt the two other pld ladys chatting with me the WHOLE time smh rofl smh gtfo all I was looking for was one ride credit to get me back to wenatchee so I can get my antibiotics since my itinerary has been thrown off by an extra day and that was too much trouble for them. if you ask me these folks are better off running a business that doesnt involve human saftey or service... like a slaughterhouse... mutiple times I have witnessed the drivers go nearly 90mph with a trailer and full shuttle. they said the tac is in kmh and it only is on one van I have no idea what the story is with this place ive had to ask many different drivers on many occasions to SLOW DOWN. I have massive experience pulling trailers and carrying souls and this is something like ive never seen when the whole shuttle is gasping for breaths around every pass... I will comtinue to take them bcs they are the best rate in town but ill b shocked if they dont invent a phony reason to ban me first. being a kind truthful person only gets you shafted these days.Desired Settlement: one credit ride
