Review: My complaint is against [redacted] of Eyegotcha in [redacted]. During my initial visit she was distracted by many phone calls from her elderly mother whose car had broken down. Because of insurance I had to get the script filled by [redacted]. The prescription was all wrong. I called and they made me go back to [redacted] to be sure they had filled it correctly, they did. Then I had to go back to her office. She asked what the problem was and all I said was I can see better without the glasses than with them. She became angry and literally started to spin out of control. She told me it was not a perfect world and at my age I'm not going to have perfect vision. She was tossing her head back and forth, and all I could see was her hair swinging in front of me, all this while repeating over and over "it's not a perfect world, it's not a perfect world". Then she turned the lights off and demanded I look at the chart and angrily asking me "do you see that large E, do you see that large letter E? My son was 7 years old and could not see that E!" When I left there I got the exact same script as I had when I went in. The lady at [redacted] had to call them. She spoke to the man who makes the glasses for her and he admitted there was a problem with this doctor. He called in a second script which was no better and now I have an expensive pair of glasses laying in a drawer. They keep billing me for $25 (co-pay) that I still owe them. It upsets me every time I see it. She wants $25 more and I have a pair of $200+ glasses that are useless to me. I have no recourse, her erratic behavior has caused me anxiety.Desired Settlement: I want no more communication with this woman or this company. I will forgo the money I wasted going there.

Dear Revdex.com,This is so off the wall I don’t even know where to begin, so I won’t.Our billing company has been notified to write-off the $25 co-pay and she will no longer get a billAs far as the glasses go, if they were purchased here I would refund her money, but since they were purchased elsewhere, this is out of my hands.My office will gladly stop all communication with [redacted].Sincerely, PS M mom was a little shook up but she's doing fine.
