Wendover Gas Company

I am having issues with the local propane company, Wendover Gas.It started with meter reading issues. The person who dose the meter readings would access my back yard monthly to read my meter. Each time he would read the meter he would leave my gate wide open. I was doing work in my back yard and there are many young children next door who would wander into my back yard when the gate was not closed. I complained to the gas company, but this issue continued and I put a pad lock on my gate. I then made arrangements with the gas company again, they would call me in the afternoon and I would give them the meter reading. This worked for a short time. Now, they are NOT mailing me my statement. I have to personally go into the office to get it. They have also stopped calling go get the meter reading and stopped mailing my statement during the last couple of months. I believe they are trying to trip me up in order to cause me to miss a payment so they can try to collect huge late fees. Other local customers have had issues with them leaving their gates open as well and have lost pets because of it. They are being completely unprofessional and negligent and this needs to stop. I am a good customer. I pay my bills on time, never late and always in full. I am hoping this complaint will be an eyeopener and their negligence will stop.Desired SettlementI would like for the Revdex.com to contact the Wendover Gas Company and ask them to stop the negligence. Put the gas company on notice that this complaint was received. I would also like to know what other options or actions I can take if the gas company ignores my complaint. Business Response THIS WOULD BE A THEY DID WE DID, SO WE MADE ARANGEMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER TO READ THEIR METER ON A CERTAIN DAY AND TO CONTACT US WITH THE READING. THEN ON OUR READING DAY WE WILL ENTER THEIR READING AND SEND THE STATEMENT TO THEIR ADDRESS.WE ARE A UNDERGROUND UTILITY, WE DO NEED ACCESS TO THEIR METER AT ALL TIMES FOR AN EMERGANCY SITUATION. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL BE CONTACTING THEM TO LET US IN.WE HAVE ASKED FOR THEM TO CALL IN READING DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM THEN WE NEED THEM TO HAVE THEIR METER MOVED SO THAT WE WILL HAVE ASSCESS TO IT FOR READINGS AND INCASE OF EMERGANCY.IF FOR SOME REASON METER READING IS NOT GIVEN TO US ON THE READING DAY THEN WE WILL ESTIMATE THEIR BILL FOR THAT MONTH PER OUR TERIFFS.I FEEL WE HAVE COME TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM AN THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
