150.00$ deposit for the class which cost 250.00$. I offered her a spot in my next challenge for her troubles and told her she would be able to come to any time slots available throughout the day to make it convenient for her.  I offer 7 classes a day Monday-friday and weekend classes as well as open gym times.  She was pleased with this and said great don't send the money I'd like to take your next challenge.  However I just got this letter and complaint.  I immediately contacted the 3rd party and her money will be received within the next 3 business days.  I have all emails to show this is taken care of.  Thank you very much

By the time I had realized what had happened the customer had already driven off and I had no way to fix the issue at that time.  I was, and still am, more than prepared to refund the total dollar amount this customer was charged.  My Shift Supervisor, Letty G[redacted], and my Area General Manager, Chere D[redacted], have both called this customer with no response and left messages with her with no return phone call.  We are more than happy to fix the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.  We have tried contacting on the following days, December 10th in the afternoon and again on December 15th around 11am.  If there is any additional information you need please feel free to contact me at the store at ###-###-####.  Thank you and have a wonderful day. -Lorey L[redacted]Harrison Wendy's Restaurant General Manager

[redacted] was seen in our office on September 11,2016 for a cleaning and exam. Part of our standard of care is that we provide each patient with an advanced Oral Cancer screen. The charge for this procedure is $24.00 per year. This is not a covered benefit on [redacted] insurance. Our doctor at the time was out of network, and we accepted assignment of benefits, just as if our doctor was in network. (therefore not charging [redacted] any additional out of pocket). I do apologize for any inaccurate errors in our billing. I have made all corrections to her account, and she does have a zero balance on her account.  [redacted] did not overpay for her services, and was only charged for the advanced oral cancer screen, and this is Midtown Dentistry's Standard of Care every patient does receive this each year.    I do wish that in the future we can earn your trust again.    Thank you

Complainant has had to replace the modem one time sinceinstallation. As a onetime gesture, because the modem was relatively new, MGW did agree toreplace the modem at no charge. However, in the future a replacement modem would eitherhave to be purchased or leased. MGW uses manufacturer certified products for quality andintegrity.  The product you replaced it with did not last more than 2 months.  There is a problem when that is okay with a company.  I cringe at the thought of the elderly in this county being treated that way as well.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. while I do not agree with the businesses response as they have not answered to any of the email correspondence stating that they would contact the board and tell them they did not have proper authorization to work on my behalf I feel that this will become an endless back and forth with no resolution. TRS is not an honest company in my opinion however seeing as though I did receive a reduction I will end this back and forth.

This company is stealing government money and not paying their employees on time. NEVER EVER work here or do business with them. They are claiming false claims to Medicare so they get more money from them when in fact they are not doing these tasks. The IRS will be notified that they are scamming money from everyone including employees. They are horrible people and do not deserve to have their doors open. The owner should be in prison along with some of the employees. They also don't pay their taxes on the pay checks they pay out. Again, stealing money and it will come back to haunt these people.

We had 2 big trees removed today that were very close to our house, they did a fantastic job,equipment and crew were very good and efficient! they were very safety conscious,also putting plywood down to run equipment over so the yard did not get damaged to much. Clean up was way beyond what we thought they would. We would highly recommend Checking with Raney for any tree removal needs! We will certainly use them again in the future! Great experience with this company!!!
