After reading the complaint from the former tenant of [redacted], we would like to resolve these issues as best as we can. We object to reversing all of her charges and refunding the full deposit. We deny her accusations of alleged theft claims by our employees, therefore, her settlement...

for WESCAP Real Estate Services to pay for missing items are also objected to. Ms. [redacted]n gave proper move-out 30 day notice on April 20, 2012. Her lease ended on May 31, 2012. However, she did not pay April 2012 rent on time. In May 2012, she came in to pay April's rent in the amount of $750.00, but the personal check she gave returned as NSF. By May, her amount due was $1,673.00, which included late fees and NSF charges. Then on May 16, 2012 she paid $864.00. The balance she owed on rent and late fees for the end of her move-out on May 31, 2012, was $938.00. Upon the review of the tenants move out paperwork and photos, we have decided to dismiss $280.00 for the damages. The $280.00 consists of dirty carpet charges, door stoppers, and deodorizing carpet charges. After dismissing the move-out charges and applying the $600.00 refundable deposit towards the late rent and fees, she will still owe $338.00. We hope this resolution is satisfactory.Thank you,
