In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint, we reached out to the manufacturer of the table that he purchased which is [redacted] Furniture, and they confirmed that the table in question for sale on-line is not their table and they have never sold that table to [redacted].  The table on line has a...

chrome top and [redacted]'s is stainless steel.  Though the legs appear to look similar in the photo, the manufacturer states that they are not the same and the finish is different.Wesco has always priced their quality furniture competitively and will continue to do so.  Wesco has prided itself over the years on our history of good customer service and that also continue.  Mr. [redacted] has made statements with Revdex.com that are false and completely unfounded but in the name of good customer service, we will issue a refund so that he will be free to purchase another table of his choice.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm going to continue with the purchase due to me liking the product, I'm going to request that my layaway be extended for a short time longer !!! My wife filed complaint due to her feeling the sales person miss lead her ! I will visit the store next week to make another payment towards the layaway.

WESCO WAS CONTACTED BY MR. [redacted] AND HE STATED THAT HE DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL HIS ORDER.  HE WILL ACCEPT THE BETTER QUALITY TABLE THAT HE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED AT WESCO AND AT THE SAME PRICE.  WESCO HAD AGREED TO MR. [redacted] REQUEST AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

Review: I went to wesco furniture and placed a dinning table on layaway and the sales person stated we guarantee a price match as long if the measurements are the same and the style is the same. I found the exact same table along with measurements and return to the store, when I showed the sales person, see looked and stated "OHHH MY" acknowledging that the table was the same but $700 cheaper. the sales person then stated "WELL I HAVE TO ASK THE OWNER", when I asked what are the possibilities of the price match the sales person stated "APPLES ARE APPLES, AND EVERYTHING IS EXACTED, BUT THE OWNER MAKES THE DECISION". I later received an email from the sales person stating that due to the manufacture not being the table is not the same, even though everything was the exact except the color of the legs. I then asked for a refund due to me finding the exact table for $700-$800 cheaper plus the other company offering free shipping which would have saved me another $120 dollars. the sales person stated "WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY, BUT YOUR FREE TO PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE ELSE". Due to her statement and the table being the exact same style and measurements I believe they should discount their product or refund me my money back.Desired Settlement: either match the price of the product of at least wave the delivery charge, or refund me my money back ($500) back.

Wesco has a limited one year warranty. Four out of six of our expensive dining room chair back veneers split apart after minimal use during 5 years. The table top veneer split. They were unwilling to provide any compensation.
Furniture is expensive and quality and service is poor. I would never purchase from them again.
