I was very pleased with the professional service I received when West Allis Heating installed my central air conditioning. They arrived on scheduled and completed the work in the estimated time. Brian and Al were well-prepared, neat, and informative. They were mindful of keeping my floors and home clean. They shared useful info about my new system. I would highly recommend them.

We had our air conditioning done by West Allis Heating and Cooling about 7 years ago. They are consistently friendly and easy to access for inquiries or to schedule an appointment. We have had different technicians and they all have the same friendly attitude. That is good management. We are happy with them.

Loved working with this company. We put in a new furnace last winter and as part of that transaction, WAH provided an inspection of our AC in the spring. True to their word, they called in the spring to schedule the "check-up". We knew when the furnace was installed, we were probably going to have to replace the AC. unit in the spring and as luck would have it, it was a necessity. We also wanted to install a humidifier. WAH spent the time we needed to answer all our questions as if we were the only customer they had! From their phone customer service person, to their sales & service person to their installers, we were very satisfied with them. I suggest to anyone dealing with any heating and cooling services company to do your research on the company you want to work with, products you want, and try to work it when rebates are available. In my opinion, this company's staff is very knowledgeable on all product brands and a great company to work with.

TOP NOTCH OUTFIT, I HAD TWO FURNANCES AND A SERVICE UPGRADE DONE IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS, ALL ON TIME AND AT THE PRICE ESTIMATE ( EVEN EXTRA WORK WAS DONE AT NO EXTRA COST). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

As of 08/14/13, my husband and I bought an furance and A/C unit from west allis heat/air.The 3 servicemen that installed the units were very professional, nice and neat. They even cleaned the stairs after everything was done with booties on !! Showed us how to use the new digital thermostat twice by request. We would like everyone we know to call this company for any problems or if you need a new unit. Even the sales people were great in helping us purchase and show us each opition. We give West allis heat/Air an A !!

A contractor who shows up not just on-time but early and does the job and cleans up is well worth my money anyday!
