They have been servicing our air conditioner for years and we have never had a problem with themI regret posting that review
I am hoping that Revdex.com will post this review as I am unable to remove the negative reviewBrown's has always demonstrated integrity and professionalismThey took the proper steps to correct the situation, of which I was unaware until after I wrote the first review
Based on this, we still hightly recommend Brown Heating and Cooling
I called for a diagnostic evaluation and my call was answered and fulfilled in a timely mannerWhen the employee (Steve) arrived, he blocked my driveway and came in to take pictures of my unitSteve insisted my AC needed a full replacementHis pushy sales and belligerent uneducated rambling was second only to his careless and cocky attitudeSteve told me he was the owner when I later found out he was a managerThis guy was odd and unprofessionalI was offered nothing and when I paid for a horrible sales pitch packaged as an evaluation, I received no receiptWhen I called to talk about my experience, I was threatened and told, by steve (whom took the phone from the office manager) that they didnt care about my business or complaintsHorribke humanPlease do not support this type of fraud
